Waterfront property with Sailboat access to the gulf. Included is 2 kayaks and 1 paddleboat with private launching ramp on property. Property has a dock for fishing. Canopy space on side yard if you will to bring/store a boat with a lockable. Home has an updated master bath, hurricane windows throughout, new 55" mounted tv in living room, terrazzo floors, one car garage, updated kitchen with cooktop and oven everything you need to cook and parking for u. Pullout couch adds an extra bed and brand new lucid mattress's in all 3 rooms. Great fishing on site.
