Our charming and comfortable vacation home features a master suite with a large jetted soaker tub, marble dual head walk-in shower, electric fireplace, and attached dressing room with cedar closet and full length mirror. The second bedroom is private with a closet and easy access to the second bathroom & hallway access to the dressing room. The third is a private room with a trundle bed and sliding patio door to the backyard.
If you're looking to relax and unwind, you’ve found the right place. The house is peaceful with a front garden, water lily pond, wildflowers and cascading grape vines. The covered patio in back is equally enjoyable. We invite you the use our gas grill for a cookout, and gather around the outdoor fireplace.
The culdesac is quiet and comfortable, you may see some hummingbirds or the occasional family of deer that wander through the yards on the way back to the forested area a block away. Our home backs to a walking trail that will lead you through the neighborhoods out to second street for an easy trip to downtown, or go the opposite direction through the neighborhood to Linfield College.
Inside there’s also plenty of space for your group to stretch out and relax or gather together and make use of the games we provide in our game cabinet — or head out to the garage for a ping pong or darts tournament. You'll find the home to be tastefully decorated with a beautiful vineyard mural and watercolor paintings of local Oregon vineyards throughout - all of the paintings were done by award-winning watercolorist Tim Gault (my dad!).
The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there’s an herb garden along the right side of the house that you’re welcome to make use of. Coffee and tea are provided. Feel free to use the washer & dryer as needed - our casa is your casa for the duration of your stay! You can login to our wifi and use our Netflix account to get comfy and unwind after a day of fun in town or touring wine country.
If you're traveling with little ones, the home is near parks, a playground, a cool toy store, and even the public library — perfect for entertaining the kids. There are plenty of shops and grocery stores nearby for your convenience. Plan a day trip to the Wings and Waves waterpark for some family fun, or get lunch and ice cream on 3rd St. Round out the day by taking the kids to one of the many parks nearby, or hang out at the house where you can enjoy the backyard, cook a meal, and unwind.

My friends and I greatly enjoyed the home and our stay. Cannot say enough about the customer service of Tim and Tara, they went above and beyond, including shipping an item I left behind. Would not hesitate to book again specifically for that reason.
Overall, this house fit our needs for a family trip to northern Oregon. The game room in the garage was perfect for the teens and the covered patio was great for the adults to hang out and chat. The local squirrels use the fence as their highway, which was a source of entertainment throughout our stay. Quiet, walkable neighborhood.
We had an amazing stay last year while visiting my sister in laws family. It has been, by far, our favorite Vrbo stay, anywhere. A year lasted, we came back for another family visit and it was just as we remembered. It’s perfect for our family with two kids (3,8years old). We’ll be back again next year! The owners are super helpful and communicate quickly. It’s so clean and spacious. We would 100% recommend this place to anyone.
We were happily surprised with the water feature in front, the game room in the garage and the extra bed in bedroom 2! We loved this house and would come again. No soap in the showers but that is our only complaint.
Great little older house in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well-socked and it was fun to have the ping pong and darts in the garage. Only minor feedback was the hairdryer. We traveled from out of state and had to rely on finding a hair dryer in the rental, which I did. It wasn't much more powerful than a gentle breeze. Hair dryers are cheap, I would suggest a replacement. It's a nice convenience to have for guests.
This property had everything you need, especially for family fun! Owner is very responsive, lovely house!

This house would be fine for a family of 4. It was listed as 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, a daybed and a hide-a-bed. It has one queen bed, one room with a double bed, a "semi-private" room that is just part of the living area where a curtain was put up with a very creaky daybed and flimsy mattress. We were told after we tried to pull it out that the hide-a-bed in the living room was actually replaced with a couch without one. The house smelled of what we assumed was cat as 3 of us are allergic and had to stay out of the living room. The picture of the front of the house is correct but look closely as there are neighbors right next door. There are some upgrades and nice amenities but we paid extra for 5 adults and only 2 slept comfortably. The owner was very responsive and gave us 20% back on the "cost" so we still had to pay all of the fees. Would not recommend for more than 2 adults and 2 small kids.
We had a very nice stay in this quiet neighborhood. It took a little bit to figure out the third bedroom, which appears to be a converted den. The house was very comfortable for 5 people over a weeks stay. We could walk the neighborhood through the streets and walkways behind the houses. The quaint town of McMinnville was very close.
We had lots of room to spread out. Short walk to town. Great for a fun girls getaway. Would love to come back in another season and take advantage of the fire pit.
Great communication with the host. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for all 7 of us to spread out. Nice large dining area so we could all have family meals together. The game room in garage was a great addition. Ping pong especially. Nice walking path with backyard access. Thank you we had a great time. Would definitely stay again!
