Paradise We Pay Pool Heat

This spacious, single-story home in a prime location offers easy access to popular attractions and amenities in the Scottsdale and Phoenix areas. With three bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed and upgraded mattress, as well as two queen beds and two pullout queen sleeper sofas, the home is perfect for a vacation getaway. The resort-style pool, large covered patio, and various recreational features like a chipping green, putting green, ping pong table, and foosball provide ample entertainment. Recent updates include a new central A/C system and a solar tube installed in 2024.

The property boasts a coveted corner lot location and offers privacy and easy walking access to a variety of restaurants, shops, and other conveniences like In-N-Out Burger, Oreganos, Sprouts, and Costco. The 2-car garage has epoxy finished floors with direct entrance to the house. The covered patio extends the entire length of the home, providing extra shade. This centrally located home in a nice neighborhood is spacious with an open floor plan. There is a park nearby that is walking distance as well as an EOS Gym. The pool is huge. It used to have a diving board so it is deep on one end. The Putting Green has really been enjoyed by many of our guests. There are plenty of nearby hiking trails and golf courses.

No events of any kind, no smoking, and dogs are allowed with approval. Also, this property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinances.

Fantastic house & location

Our family started at this property for 11 days during our cross country move to Phoenix. The house has a great location close to all amenities! Pool is fantastic and lots of games for kids! They left the garage door opener which is a must to park in the garage during the hot months. It was nice to have full cable on tv as most VRBOs just have a smart tv. Beds are comfy and lots of different spaces to gather. We had a wonderful stay!! Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay here with our extended family of 7. The house was clean and roomy. The heated pool was enjoyed greatly by the children along with chipping and ping pong. We were close to places to hike and other locations we desired to see. Lots of places to eat nearby as well as markets being close by. We had a great time!

Excellent Property

Excellent property, amenities were just as described. Kitchen appliances were very nice and more than adequate for our stay. Backyard was enjoyed by our two dogs with room to run and the grand kids enjoyed an afternoon in the heated pool. Great place and will use it again if available when we make our next trip to Scottsdale.

Medical mission getaway...

There were 9 women for a 5 day getaway and we would all highly recommend staying here..Janet was awesome, she allowed us to check in early as our flights arrived before lunch...swimming pool and patio were wonderful..lots of room on patio and close to pool so we could all visit..everything you need for bedding, kitch, etc... I hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Good location to golf courses

Excellent location for a golf vacation. House is an older property but has been totally renovated. Swimming pool is heated to 85 degrees but we were there the first week of January. Wished the temperature would have been adjusted for the time of year. The only suggestion I would make would be to update the towels. Towels were white at one time but now are all stained and not very white.

Family Trip

We had a great time at this VRBO. We traveled with our two young kids (1.5 and 5). Having the fence around the pool was great with young kids. The pool was heated (still felt a little chilly - maybe not at 85 degrees like mentioned) and there is a lot of loungers to enjoy the sunshine. Two different indoor seating areas, three bedrooms, the patio and a huge kitchen were great spaces for us. My family really enjoyed the putting area as well. The water pressure in the hallway bathroom is amazing. A note for toddler parents - There is not a lot of patio space for busy little ones to play due to the ping pong table and foosball table being outdoors, and there is a decent size step down from the edge of the patio. We definitely still had a great time though!Would stay here again! Janet was great.

Hard to give review as we walked in and walked out. Did not like the neighborhood. The home seemed very dark with low ceilings. No real renovations. Room sizes were ok, except for bathrooms. Furniture was old. Outside area could use some love. Host was responsive on check in, but not interested in why we left. Just not what we expected with all the terrific reviews.

Convenient location for visiting Scottsdale.

The pool was fabulous though because of the rain, we didn't get in much. The putting green a big hit as well as the ping pong table, though most of the balls had seen better days. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed, but I must say, we had several dishes that had not been cleaned as we pulled out this pan or that pot for various meals. We did a couple loads of laundry during our week and that was so convenient. All the beds got a thumbs up as they were very comfortable. The one thing we all noted was the lighting in the house was poor, we replaced a couple bulbs ourselves but I imagine in the summer this is a nonissue. The garage was so nice to have and there were more pool toys than one can imagine. Yes, we would rent this home again.

This property was ok. It could have been great, but there were some issues that I feel need addressing. Let's start with some of the positives first though. The pool was great! I loved how big and deep it was! A pool volley net would be an excellent addition! The house is very roomy, and the property is on a large, well manicured corner lot. The putting green and corn hole was a blast! Use of the garage was a huge bonus. I loved being able to get my new truck out of the damaging sun. Having house access from it was great! Now for my negatives. The first thing I noticed was that it wasn't the cleanest of places. Not dirty, but not clean in a dingy sort of way. Especially the area rugs and the older furniture. The outside on the other hand, dirt everywhere. The ping pong table and the patio furniture was covered in a layer of dirt. I understand there's weather, but it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile. Cleaners didn't do the best job on the floors and showers. The beds were uncomfortable. They reminded me of hard lumpy old motel beds. Bedroom light remotes didn't work. Badly scratch cookware. The coffee was 2 years past date. Even kept in the freezer, that's too long. The cooking oil was over a year past. Janet was lovely, but her communication needs work. She would often take quite awhile to get back to you, and then just stop answering mid conversation. We were working on me renting another of her rentals, but she stopped responding, so I went elsewhere.

Way past date. It was very clumpy too...

Great Stay

This was our second time staying here. Was just as good as our previous stay. The owner is extremely responsive and easy to work with. The pool is heated and A/C works perfect for those hot days. Home is close to many restaurants and shopping. If you're looking for a place to relax and dry out (if you're from the PNW like us) we highly recommend staying here.

Scottsdale vacation

Enjoyable Backyard

The house was exactly as listed. The backyard was excellent with the heated pool, covered sitting area, putting green, ping ping table, foosball and BBQ. There was coffee and chocolates waiting for us which was great and appreciated. There was also a selection of spices which came in very handy. The house was clean and laid out as expected. The only comment would be to have better updated lighting throughout the house as it quite dark and dim at night. Other than that this house would be an excellent place to stay for a family.

Nice big pool and comfy beds

We had such a good time and were so happy we could bring our dogs. House is in Paradise Valley. A few things were within walking distance but most places we did have to drive to. All four adults commented on how comfortable the beds are -we all slept so well. Wonderful wild Love Birds across the way that sing in the morning. Kitchen could use newer pans, glasses and utensils but it’s nice big kitchen. Interacted with Owner a couple of times, she is super sweet and quick to respond. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Incredible property with accommodating hosts who saved our vacation

Janet was quick to reply and arrange our stay when our first rental didn't work out. The pool was AMAZING and we created fun family memories outdoors with the ping pong table, putting green and warm, spacious pool. The home was clean and cozy and we'd love to return to this property one day.

We own and manage our own properties. All units are non-smoking so no worries about stale smoke smell. Also, we have no carpet in any of our units. All our floors are hard surfaces so you will know everything is clean! We want your experience in our home to be a good one.

Why they chose this property

The open floor plan of this home allows the kitchen to be part of the conversation. Two televisions are in the main room, plus one in the master bedroom. You can easily walk to a variety of dining and shopping options, including In-N-Out Burger, Oregano's, Sprouts, and Costco, The attached two-car garage has an epoxy finish and direct access to the kitchen. Situated on a corner lot, the homes are spaced apart, providing more privacy in the backyard. The covered patio spans the length of the home, offering additional shade. The patio features a tumbled travertine deck and a newly installed pebble pool (added in October 2019). Inside, you'll find granite countertops and large, open living areas. A portable travel crib is available that can be used in any room. You'll have full access to the entire house and private yard. It's a nice neighborhood with easy access to a nearby park and numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool is sizable, with a deep end that previously had a diving board. It has an electric pool heater with a gas backup, allowing for better temperature control. Many guests have enjoyed the putting green. Hiking, shopping, and dining are all easily accessible. This is a great neighborhood. No events of any kind are permitted, and smoking is prohibited inside the home or within 20 feet of a door.

What makes this property unique

We have a four hole putting green and a chipping green.
The lot is rather large, and on a corner so you feel very private.
The pool is more of a resort size.
We remodeled the pool in September 2019, so the yard looks fresh and updated.
The mattresses and bedding and sleeper sofas are new as of October 2019
You can walk to a plethora of restaurants.
We pay for the pool heat. Our heater is a Pentaire electric with a gas backup to keep the pool the intended temperature.
We have a pool fence that can be put up if children 5 or under are visiting the home.
