Modern farmhouse style apartment across the street from the main entrance to campus. Perfect for visiting children at the university, going to Grizzly football games, or checking out all that Missoula has to offer.

This downstairs apartment is located in a 100 year old former sorority house! Feel the history of the University District in this sweet spot with beautiful back yard and mature trees. There is a young family that occupies the top 3 floors, complete with two black cats. Your apartment is completely private, with a separate back entrance and access.

The apartment location can't be beat. Directly across the street you can take a bus to downtown or the mall, and the hip strip and downtown shops are within easy walking distance. Campus is just steps away, so no need for a rental car during your vacation.

This apartment was completely renovated in 2019. You will enjoy a modern kitchen with dishwashwer, stovetop, microwave and refrigerator. There is a stylish bathroom with heated floors and a large, walk-in rainshower. The living room has a giant projector TV, perfrect for streaming Netflix or watching some sports in 4K high definition. There is a comfy queen bedroom and a study/bonus space with two twin beds. Access to washer and dryer and anything else you could need on your vacation in Missoula.

This place had it all! Location! Amenities! Great host! The bathroom had heated floors and an amazing shower. We could easily walk downtown or to the stadium. The location was absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend staying here if you have an event you are attending on campus.

Perfect location for UM events

We had a great stay! Location is right across from Food Zoo on UM campus making it perfect to walk to any on campus events. Street parking was clearly explained and easy to find on graduation weekend. Owner was easy to communicate with and prompt with answers to questions. Very cute basement apartment. Comfy beds and couch. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice property with good location .beds comfortable. Bathroom updated with large shower. Only thing I would recommend is new secure lock for door Upper deadbolt did not function so only lock was door handle.

Lovely Missoula apartment for an adventure holiday

Thanks to Meaghan and her family for a great stay in their apartment. The apartment is cool and spacious with comfortable beds. Don't worry about air con - it was 35C when we stayed, but the apartment was always a nice temperature. We made full use of the self catering facilities and got some excellent recommendations for where to eat and drink from our hosts. Parking right next to the house was no problem. Our hosts were kind enough to let us use their terrace too. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Apartment!

I was delighted by every aspect of Meaghan’s apartment. Accessed through a side gate and the back door of the residence, it has a secret garden sort of feeling entering after being out and about. The location is unbeatable, and made visiting my freshman daughter so convenient. Plus it’s an easy walk to the Hip Strip and only a bit further to the downtown area. Meaghan was super responsive throughout. And the movie projector made watching in the evening a added treat! Will be back again.

The owner was very communicative and the location to the University could not be beat. The tenants up stairs were great. Even though you share an entrance we never seen them so it is still private. We will definitely be back!
