At the foot of the old market, at the back of the courtyard, the location of this duplex is great while being very quiet The old port and its terraces, the parks of the mall, the beaches, the aquarium, and the nightlife are all less than 10 minutes walk! Warm and modern, it combines comfort and relaxation. The high ceilings (5 meters), the soft and contemporary colors, its lion's feet bathtub, its well-equipped kitchen (nespresso, grill oven, toaster, etc.) make it a real cozy little nest!
