Ideal house for a family vacation, located in one of the quietest areas while remaining close to all amenities on foot:
   - Ocean beach at 800m
   - City center and shops 1. 2 km
   - Bakery restaurant and small supermarket at 400m
   - Bike path at 100M (bike rental in the city center about 1km)

IDEAL HOUSE FOR 2-3 FAMILIES
The house is on one level on a closed and planted plot of 750m2, it consists of:
   - A large room with dining room and living room with fireplace, TV armchairs and sofa, double north-south exposure
   - A fully equipped semi-open kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, electric kettle)
   - A shower room and a bathroom with 2 WCs (with washing machine)
   - 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed (140) and one bedroom (for children) with 2x2 bunk beds (4 single beds)
   - 2 terraces, the first facing south and bathed in sunshine, the second to the north and shaded by pines (ideal for taking meals on hot days) with each table and chairs. Also available sun loungers, parasol, hammocks and a barbecue.

Note, the house is not suitable for a group of more than 6 adults, but is ideal for 2 to 3 families.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Elle est très bien placée, bien équipée, agréable et très calme. Le jardin est bien aménagé et dispose en plus d’un potager. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. Tout a été parfait. La seule petite amélioration qui pourrait être faite serait de mettre le wifi.

Je recommande

Maison agréable et bien équipée dans quartier calme avec facilité d’accès à l’océan et au centre plage (20 min à pied). Nous avons apprécié son isolation les jours de fortes chaleurs, la possibilité de nous tenir à différentes orientations dans le jardin et l’ombrage des arbres. Bien que la distance aux autres maisons ne soit pas très grande nous n’avons pas été gênés par le voisinage. Les suggestions pour améliorer le confort sont que les chaises de jardin mériteraient d’être changées (presque toutes fendues) et le hamac est décevant car il tient chaud (en synthétique). Un des lits 2 places à un matelas souple et l’autre très ferme. Globalement nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous y retournerons bien volontiers.

Super Haus, toll gelegen Top Urlaubsadresse

Wir haben ein schönes Haus, gut und vollständig eingerichtet mit großem Garten vorgefunden. Jerome hat uns nett und hilfbereit empfangen und uns alles nötige erklärt. Das Haus befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse und die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum Spielen und sich auszutoben. Mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß sind Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell erreichbar. Mit zwei großen Badezimmern und einer Dusche im Garten den grossen Schlafzimmern und einer praktischen Küche ist das Haus sehr gut eingerichtet. Terrasse vor und hinter dem Haus ist für jedes Wetter der richtige Platz schnell gefunden. Ideales Haus für 2 Familien mit Kindern. Wir kehren mit tollen Erinnerungen nach Hause und kommen zweifelsfrei bald wieder...Danke Jerome

Une maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette jolie maison à l’emplacement idéal. La plage est accessible à pied, elle est située dans une impasse au calme. Les enfants ont pu jouer dans le jardin et juste devant la maison. L’intérieur est propre, très fonctionnel et parfait pour deux familles. L’accueil est chaleureux ! Nous recommandons !!!!
