Celia's Garden is a joyful sanctuary - custom built in 2018 just two blocks from downtown Graton and the exquisite restaurants and wine tasting rooms exemplifying West Sonoma County. Happily perched above the Joe Rodota Trail (a locally loved bike and walking trail), families will especially enjoy trekking between small towns, farm stands and parks. This sunny and welcoming property is your home away from home - with an open and well-stocked kitchen, dining and living area is comfortable for entertaining and escaping from city distractions. A playful retreat to open your senses - eclectic books & DVDs, fanciful records, and kid-friendly activities fill the bookcases and drawers.
Step out to the native plant and pollinator-inspired garden with a BBQ just outside the kitchen door and pick herbs to brighten a meal. Freshly planted olive and citrus trees will shade future generations as current guests linger in the hot tub just steps from the master suite. Fragrant creeping thyme grows between the flagstones…

Know Before You Book:
Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours: The maximum occupancy at Celia's Garden is 6 people. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm until 7:00 am. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at any time.
Parking: There is parking for one car in the carport behind the house. Two or three cars can park in front of the house by the fence on Ross Road. Please do not park on the street in front of the car port. This can inadvertently block the neighbor from entering and exiting his garage. RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance
Bed Sizes: Master Suite: Casper Queen bed; second bedroom: Casper Queen bed; Living room: queen sleeper sofa.
Heat Source: Radiant floor heat warms your toes first and the whole house with ease.
A/C: The house does not have air conditioning. Being near the coast, the night time temps drop and just opening some windows is usually enough to cool the house.
Stairs: The main door to the house is on the same level as the carport, but there's a gentle slope to the property, so other doors and decks have several steps. Inside the house is all one level.
EV Outlet: There is a 220V outlet in the carport, no charging cord is provided.
Fencing: The yard is mostly fenced with plans for additional fencing down the road
About the TV: No cable. Streaming services including Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+. Bring your own logins for other streaming services.
Property Updates: Quite a bit of fantastic work has been done in the garden since these photos were taken! There is now a fence along the back of the property adding privacy for the hot tub area. A flagstone patio wraps around the hot tub to the concrete patio and outdoor dining. An abundance of native and pollinator plants are filling in and more are on the way! We're excited to take new photos as the yard fills in and grows!
Proximity to Wineries: The nearest tasting rooms are on the main street of Graton just a couple block walk from the house.
Nearest River Beach: Steelhead Beach is 5.5 miles from the house.
Nearest Ocean Beach: Doran Beach is 16.5 miles from the house.

Our family loved staying in this playful house! It had everything we needed to spend a long weekend celebrating our daughter's birthday (including a hot tub.) It was perfectly located for trips to various wineries yet was in a nice, relaxing neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!!

Adorable cottage and a great location just a couple of blocks from “downtown” Graton village. Our dog loved the Enclosed yard and we loved the shade and the hot tub. Had everything we needed. Lots of things to do, but enjoyed the relaxing pace most of all.

Great location. Walking distance to great restaurants and on the west county bike trail. Love the heated floors. Best kitchen we have ever encountered while on vacation.

Loved the design of this home. Two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, open concept with functional kitchen that flows into the living area. Trails near by and fun shops in town. A number of local restaurants to choose from also.

Very clean well equipped house with everything we needed to make us feel at home. Very spacious, we had everything we needed. Great kitchen. Very smooth stay with our baby.

Great property! Clean well stocked home. Nice hot tub.
The house is considered dog friendly but the back garden fence line is not closed in, it would be perfect if that little fix could be done.

Our family was traveling from out of state to attend our great-grandfather's 90th birthday in the heart of wine country. This was only a 5 min drive from his home which was the perfect location for us. It wasalso close to the wineries and we even made the trip out to beautiful Bodega Bay! We had a great t time.
