A 2 'drive from the famous village of Uzès, known for being one of the most beautiful markets in France, the town of Arpaillargues is a small town typically Provencal stone houses. Our villa is located in a small subdivision out of sight but nevertheless easy to access. Surrounded by an olive grove and a lush private garden, the ground floor villa with its annex pavilion is tastefully decorated in a style that is both contemporary but respects the spirit of the south. It offers 4 bedrooms, including a studio a large living room with dining room and an open kitchen overlooking a terrace with a BBQ. A large swimming pool of 8-4 meters with its deck chairs completes the property.
