Welcome to Historic Downtown Flagstaff. My special place is a ground floor suite that is one of several residences in a historic home - circa 1906 Lindemann House - and is the perfect home base while exploring the area.
Modern features compliment the historic charm of this unique property. Pamper yourself here and enjoy restaurants, shopping, art, parks and culture right out your front door. Just a short commute to the Grand Canyon, the Arizona Snowbowl, NAU, Sedona and so much more.
You will love stretching out in the comfy King size bed with nice linens and pillows. There is a sunny front sitting area that is perfect for enjoying a beverage or taking care of business if you must. Of course there is Wifi and a smart TV with Roku for all of your streaming favorites. A refrigerator, microwave and Coffee Maker are also included for your enjoyment along with coffee and tea. This flat has a stall shower so you can renew, refresh and take on the town. Although you rarely need it, there is a window air conditioner for warmer days.
Convenient and FREE PARKING right out front in our private lot (there is one assigned spot for your use). No need to pay additional for downtown parking as you are already there. Additional parking may be available upon request.
Please note that this property is limited to 2 guests - this includes children. With advance notice at the time of booking, I may allow visitors. There may be an additional cleaning fee depending on circumstances. If there are more than 2 guests staying in the property or there are additional visitors without prior approval, you agree to forfeit your entire security deposit.
My place is always sparking clean and is a fabulous home base for your amazing adventures in Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. Relax, breathe the clean air and experience world-class adventures right out your front door.
Guests have a private entrance with off street parking right out front.
The bathroom is a little narrow. There is 20" clearance in one area between the bath sink and wall that leads to the shower. There is 11” clearance in front of the toilet - see the photos. Most guests will have no issues , but some may want to consider this prior to booking.

My wife and I came up to Flagstaff for the weekend and this was a perfect spot for us to stay. The property was clean, with a very comfortable King sized bed. But the best thing about this property is the location. It’s right next to the downtown and convenient to everything in town.
The only downside is the bathroom and shower. It’s extremely small and larger folks may not be comfortable. For us it was fine.
We loved being able to walk everywhere and have a designated parking space. Restaurants we like Toasted Owl bfast lunch at Snowbowl, gondola ride and listen to music. Dinner Dark Sky Brewery/Pizzacleta for pizza and gelato. Beaver Street (?) Brewery Patio. Super cozy. Thanks for a respite from the Phoenix heat. :)
Clean. Concise. No issues. Proximity to downtown and NAU priceless. Walked everywhere. Check in and check out very easy. We will definitely stay in the unit again. Appointed well, very nice.
This was perfect for a 2-night stay. Great location, good communication with the owner/manager. A bit of road noise in the morning, but earplugs are provided. :-) I would definitely stay here again.
This is a great location for those who want to be in the downtown Flagstaff area. Easy to walk to just about any store or restaurant in the downtown area.
The bed was SUPER comfortable!! I like firm beds and this one was excellent! Also, plenty of pillows, which is important for my arthritis.
Everything worked well and we enjoyed our stay.
The property is on a major street. This did not bother us, but it may be a problem for those who are sensitive to traffic noise.
The bathroom is very small and might be difficult to navigate for some. For us it was no problem. We would definitely stay here again.
Very nice suite, within walking distance of the park and the downtown shops.
The bathroom IS very small, as disclosed in the listing, but that was less of a problem for me than it was for my wife. It even has a soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower.
The king size mattress is pretty firm. Again, fine for me but a little too firm for my wife.
The fully stocked coffee area and the water bottles waiting in the refrigerator were a nice touch. 'Real' cups, glasses, and silverware are available, if you don't mind having to wash them in the bathroom sink; but disposable plates and cups are also available.
There is a little bit of road noise, because it is in a downtown location, but the host even provides ear plugs in case that is a problem (it wasn't for us).
The fees charged are also lower than at most properties, making it a good value for the price that you pay.
The property is located in a cute neighborhood with homes built in the 40’s and 50’s and is only a few minutes from stores and restaurants in the heart of Flagstaff.
The bedroom was spacious and was furnished with a small fridge and microwave which made it possible to buy food at the store instead of eating out every meal. The only downside is that the bathroom is really, really small, especially the shower. But it’s a great place to stay and I definitely recommend it.
I stay with my husband and both felt good. The room is quaint, close to downtown, have your own parking place. All is nice and clean. Check in is real easy and you don't have to have a key to worry about.
