This resort style living is perfect for an individual or family. You have the luxury with the pool and lake as well as watching the deer, turkeys, bobcats and wildlife while you eat breakfast.

I’ve lived in Estero for years and chose Corkscrew Shores because it’s one of the few communities that combines quiet natural surroundings with first-class amenities. I value cleanliness, reliability, and communication — and I do my best to make sure every guest feels respected and at ease during their stay.

When I’m not managing properties, I enjoy tennis, outdoor projects, and the friendly community life that makes Southwest Florida so special. My goal is to provide a place where guests can relax, recharge, and truly enjoy everything this area has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Step outside onto the lanai in the early morning and you’ll hear nothing but the soft rustle of palm leaves and the distant call of herons from the preserve. The sunrise filters through the trees, lighting up the dew on the grass and reminding you why people fall in love with Southwest Florida. Evenings are peaceful — neighbors walking their dogs, pickleball games finishing under the lights, and a soft breeze coming off the lake as the sky turns gold and pink.

Corkscrew Shores is a community that feels like a private resort but still has the friendliness of a small town. I love that I can walk or bike to the clubhouse for dinner or a quick workout, and everyone you pass waves or says hello. The tennis and pickleball community is active and welcoming, and the lakefront clubhouse is a perfect place to meet friends, have a cocktail, or watch the sunset over the water.
