Our condo is located on the grounds of the Omni Amelia Island Resort, offering 2 bedrooms plus 2.5 baths and comfortably accommodating 6 people. This exclusive resort boasts over three miles of uncrowded beaches, nestled among a magnificent forest of live oaks, inviting exploration of numerous walking and bike paths. The resort also features an array of shopping and dining options within walking distance, including a charming miniature golf course nestled among majestic live oaks. Nature enthusiasts will delight in the diverse wildlife, from birds to turtles, crabs, and occasional manatee sightings.

Our condo has undergone a complete renovation and is truly a dream villa for vacationing. Our condo offers breathtaking ocean views from the balcony, spanning the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Overlooking the villa's pool and relaxation area, both bedrooms feature plantation shutters, while the kitchen, eating area, family room, and bathrooms have been fully renovated. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs, and we provide high-quality towels and sheets for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs, including a Keurig coffee maker, a drip coffee pot, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Additionally, we offer a pack-n-play and infant booster seat for your convenience.

The family room, kitchen, dining area, half bath, and balcony are located on the 3rd floor, while the bedrooms, laundry room, and beach storage closet are situated on the 2nd floor. Please note that our villa includes an interior staircase as well as exterior staircases. While our complex features an elevator, there are still several stairs/steps to access our condo door from the elevator, making it unsuitable for those with mobility concerns.

We strive to enhance your beach experience by providing beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for your enjoyment. As your host, I am readily available to address any needs during your stay, ensuring a memorable experience. This premier condo offers unparalleled ocean views and proximity to resort activities, making it perfect for family vacations or special occasions. Guests have access to the Omni resort's public amenities, including walking and biking trails, spa, nature center, and putt-putt. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy various courses in the Amelia Area, including Oak Marsh which is located on the grounds of the Omni Amelia Island Resort. Bike and golf cart rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that this rental does not grant access to certain Omni resort privileges or amenities like the main hotel pool and fitness center, and Racquet Park is exclusively open to club members and their guests.


Our layout ensures adherence to all social distancing guidelines, with open-air entrances and stairwells providing access to all floors. Cleanliness remains our top priority, with stringent adherence to CDC guidelines and Nassau County's cleaning protocol.
