There is a 55" LG TV and Sonos soundbar ready to accommodate your Direct TV and Netflix accounts or use our basic cable service. There is also wireless internet throughout the condo. There is a small deck off the living area and the inside dining table seats four comfortably. The private bedroom has a King size bed, and ensuite bath with walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. The couch in the living room serves as a futon and can accommodate an adult or a couple of kids. There is a full-size washer and dryer. The Olympic Terrace Condos are one of the newest upscale complexes in the Ketchum area. The condo is two blocks to the free town shuttle which provides transportation to the mountain for some of the finest world class skiing and around the entire Ketchum and Sun Valley/Elkhorn Resort area.

This lovely little condo was perfect for my husband and me! It was nicely appointed, impeccably clean, well stocked with spices, oils, coffee filters etc in the kitchen, and an ideal location. We were extremely comfortable during our 5 day ski vacation, and we hope we’ll have the chance to return sometime.
Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Apartment had everything we needed. It is basically on the street level but we did not have noise. We would recommend staying here. The apartment is bigger than the pictures make it seem.
Easy check in with key lock box. very clean,new construction. comfortable king bed. elevator from underground parking a plus. only problems are poor view (across street to buildings) and inadequate hot water heater, however very good shower. great location - walk to restaurants, short drive to ski hill
This place was wonderful in every way, and is located in such a convenient area. We could walk to numerous great restaurants and shops, and the property was spotless and very comfortable. It’s very obvious that the owners cared about our experience.
This rental was perfect! It's a great place and a perfect location! We were there for an 8 day ski vacation, and we couldn't have found a better place. The place lived very large and it was great to have a separate bedroom, large bathroom, very nice kitchen, as well as a comfortable living room to relax when not on the slopes! All of the appliances were new and high-end, in fact, the whole place seemed new and had a luxurious feel. We didn't have a car and didn't need one. We walked to the market and restaurants. The free ski shuttle was so easy to walk to even carrying skis (2 blocks). One day we even walked to the slopes (I think less than 1/2 mile walk). It was the perfect place for us!
Everything was great clean location perfect for our needs. Only one negative is the street noise being so close to the street the bedroom windows sounds like the trash trucks are coming into the condo. So just knowing if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in on your stay it’s not going to happen. Location couldn’t have been better for us we walked everywhere and having so many great choices of restaurants so nearby was a huge plus.
My husband and I chose this condo during our elopement in the area. We were so pleased with the space. It was clean, bright and nicely updated. It had every amenity we could have wanted and was very conveniently located. We look forward to staying here when we return to Ketchum!
We really enjoyed our stay in the newly renovated unit. The unit is extremely clean and looks exactly as pictured. The bed was very comfortable which I think is very important. The location is perfect for walking to the many great restaurants and shops in Ketchum.
It was a lovely condominium with a very accommodating manager/owner. It was really clean and had everything we needed. Beautifully done and extremely comfortable. Everything was of the best quality. Great location in the heart of Ketchum.
The location was perfect - close to shops, restaurants and the bike path - and easy access in and out of town. The unit was lovely inside and well-stocked with cookware, wine glasses, toiletries, etc. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend for a couple or solo travelver.
