THE LITTLE PARADISE VILLA T3 SEA VIEW, SWIMMING POOL, BEACH 200m

CREOLE STYLE (A T2BIS and A T3) WITH EACH FULL VIEW ON THE SEA.
THE VILLAS ARE LOCATED IN A SECURE AREA (OLD HOTEL KARIBEA ****) DOMINANT THE OCEAN WITH SWIMMING POOL AND BEACH CLOSE IMMEDIATELY.

For an unforgettable holiday with panoramic sea view, I rent two T2BIS and T3 semi-detached houses located in the area of Sainte Marie (former hotel Karibéa ****).
Rentals are 200m from the beach (private access from the field) and 50m from our beautiful private pool (22mx12m).
You can also enjoy the tropical garden (6 hectares) of our secure domain.
The accommodations are fully equipped (free wi-fi, flat screen, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning in the rooms). They are designed to accommodate 4 people and each has a terrace with full sea views.
Bed, shower and kitchen linen is provided.
The first breakfast (coffee, tea, bread, milk and local jam) is offered as well as the welcome ti-punch.

Great Vacation

Great location, beautiful little town with everything you need close by. Vincent was always a text or a phone call away for anything we needed. Great and huge (old) pool that needs a little TLC but it’s a community pool not a private pool, so no chairs to seat around it.

Endroit tranquille, bien situé au nord de l'île. Près des commodités. Nous avons bien aimé la terrasse. Petits bémols: la piscine est propre mais aucune chaise, quelques pièces manquantes et aucune ombre. Quand tu ne te baignes pas et que tu veux surveiller tes enfants, rester debout 2h est très ordinaire. Nous avons eu la visite de quelques cafards car les fenêtres ne ferment pas au complet. Rien n'est fourni. Vous devez acheter des sacs à ordures, savon à vaisselle, torchon, etc. Lorsque j'ai fait part que j'aurais aimé le savoir d'avance car j'aurais pu en apporter dans mes bagages, j'ai reçu une réponse un peu condescendante en me faisant répondre que c'est partout comme ça. Je n'ai jamais voyagé en Europe alors non... Je ne savais pas. Dernier point, le petit four et le four micro-ondes sont très hauts. J'ai dû monter sur une chaise pour sortir le plat!

Un petit paradis

Bien situé et dans un lotissement calme et accueillant, avec piscine agréable. Manque des chaises longues pour la piscine et des ustensiles type bouées et frites. A savoir, préciser si l'on veut le petit déj du lendemain comme l'annonce le descriptif, ce n'est pas automatique. Mais Manuela s'est empressée de nous ramener de quoi déjeuner le lendemain de notre arrivée. Très bien accueillis, le logement est propre, confortable et spacieux. On avait de quoi bien se reposer dans ce petit paradis au milieu du paradis grâce à Manuela et Vincent.

Maison fonctionnelle, piscine peu fréquentée donc on en a profité tôt tous les matins. Résidence très calme, endroit magnifiquement fleuri.

Nous sommes restés une semaine dans cet hébergement. Il est très agréable dans une résidence privée qui mériterait d’être rajeunie notamment la piscine très grande propre mais aux abords viellots”. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs pour résoudre le moindre problème. Merci pour les cadeaux d’accueil ça fait toujours plaisir! Les matelas sont anciens mais confortables.Bref nous avons passé un très agréable séjour pour visiter cette partie de l’île nous recommandons cet endroit.Ps ce serait bien qu’il y ait des sièges légers pour profiter du soleil à la piscine.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour,Il faudrait revoir les photos de publicité car on nous montre des chaises longues à la piscine alors qu’il y en a pas et refaire rapidement les sanitaires de la piscine qui sont dans un état lamentable

Nos vacances en Martinique

Bonjour, Nous avons passé des vacances de rêve à tous points de vues... La location était parfaite, rien n y manquait.... elle est située dans un lieu juste paradisiaque avec une plage en plus à proximité. En ce qui concerne l ile, nous avons beaucoup visité et avons eu un réel coup de cœur pour Anse Couleuvre et Grand Rivière... À refaire sans hésitations! Séverine et Kaitline
