My wife Tiffany and I recently got married back on July 20th 2019. We moved into this property back in November 2019 with just us and our beautiful daughter Amber. Because our house was very spacious and we did not use parts of our home, we decided to rent out two sections of our home.

Our property is 3800 square feet with 3 floors. We only use mainly the kitchen and living room and top floor, therefore, we are renting out part of the 2nd floor which is closed off with a private entrance & our lower level master suite that is perfect for a comfortable stay with family or friends.
What makes this studio unique
Our pricing is very affordable and we are very accommodating. What you would get here, you wouldn't get at a hotel and you can guarantee a great host. We also are right across the street from a beautiful water fountain and pond. Our neighborhood is very safe and accommodating for travelers.
