In height with clear view, modern villa sleeps 10. 3 bedrooms full of feet, 1 room in mezzanine and 1 room children opened on the living room. Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, double washbasin. An independent toilet, a shower in pool house with a third toilet. Spacious bright living room with kitchen open to the living room and the covered terrace to the south. Corner terrace with table under the trees or you will overhang the pool 10 x 5 with its beaches and pool house with a kitchenette. Large plot of 3000 m² with sumptuous sunset calm.
