Villa Loran is the ideal place to focus on your well-being. The villa is the result of a recent and sophisticated renovation. It is located in Parabita , just 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Gallipoli.
In addition to its high-quality furnishings, the villa features a large pool, an outdoor kitchen equipped for al fresco dining, and is surrounded by a meticulously maintained garden with a lawn, ornamental plants, and a spacious wooden gazebo.
Air conditioning cools all rooms: bedrooms, living room, and kitchen.
Villa Loran accommodates up to 12 people. Small pets are allowed upon request.

Villa Loran is built in the authentic Salento style of the early 20th century, with carefully selected materials—all strictly natural and made in Puglia—from the wrought-iron railings to the carparo stone that defines the monumental staircase and the contours of thebuilding, to the Trani stone, and even the floor tiles, made of hand-chiseled Apricena stone.
 
The main section of Villa Loran consists of a very bright living room with a fireplace made of Leccese stone, a cozy, modern-inspired kitchen, and the sleeping area, which includes 3 bedrooms: 1 quadruple bedroom consisting of two rooms with two double beds, and 1 triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
The annex is a separate structure with independent access that houses one triple bedroom furnished with a double bed and a single bed, along with an attached bathroom with a shower.

The vacation villa is nestled within an estate featuring spacious, furnished, and well-equipped outdoor areas, making it a true oasis where guests can enjoy a stay dedicated to wellness, relaxation, and fun. On the upper level, a beautiful porch overlooks the garden, offering guests a cozy spot for socializing surrounded by greenery.
The large outdoor kitchen, built entirely of natural stone (Carparo and Apricena) and featuring a wooden roof, is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals together in a cheerful atmosphere. In addition to the refrigerator and freezer, there is a dishwasher, a convenient cabinet stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and everything else you’ll need, a handy wood-burning fireplace, a large sink, and ample counter space that accommodates any type of grill: wood-fired, charcoal, and gas (Weber Genesis II), to satisfy even the most discerning grillers.
In the garden, everything is designed with harmonious shapes and materials. The terraces, bordered by stone walls and hedges, are spread across multiple levels, offering little corners of paradise perfect for relaxing near the saltwater pool with a sterilizer and internal lights whose color can be selected via remote control, featuring a80 square meters and a volume of 120 cubic meters (13 m x 6 m, depth 1.5 m), and a meticulously manicured lawn.
The outdoor areas are also equipped with a stereo system and a solar-heated outdoor shower in the pool area.
From the terrace, you can enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside and the rooftops of the nearby town of Parabita, whose skyline is dotted with bell towers and chimneys. Behind the villa lies an additional green space of over half a hectare, featuring a vegetable garden and orchard for exclusive use.
The surroundings of Villa Loran
Villa Loran is located in Parabita, just outside the town center.
It is just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Gallipoli, between 10 and 15 km away.
It lies along the Gallipoli-Otranto route, in the heart of Salento, in a convenient location for easily reaching both the beaches of Capo di Leuca and the villages of Grecìa Salentina.
The nearby town center of Parabita offers all major commercial and personal services. The town’s historic center and various monuments—such as the Angevin Castle, the Convent of the Alcantarini, and the 18th-century Church of the Holy Cross—are well worth a visit.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for only small pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the studio, in the master bedroom and in the living room.
- The rented part is only the lower floor of the villa (200sqm). On the upper floor (without other guests), you can still access externally.
- One bathroom is external.
