This home has amazing mountain views with a hot tub located on the deck facing white-capped mountains. The property is heavily wooded and feels private and secluded. You will love the amazing deck which wraps around 3 sides of the home giving a unique mountain view in each direction. See the high peaks, which have snow on them most of the year, from the deck, the hot tub or from the comfort of the great room next to a roaring fire. The inside of the home is luxurious and beautifully decorated in mountain decor.

The great room has floor-to-ceiling windows with breath-taking views. The ceilings are high and vaulted. You will love the open floor plan which allow guests to chat and have a good time whether in the kitchen, the dining room, or the great room. The great room has a two-story stone wood-burning fireplace. There is a comfortable circular sofa where you can relax by the fireplace or enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV provided.

The kitchen is beautifully appointed with gorgeous granite counter tops and stainless appliances. You will have everything you need for your stay as the kitchen is fully stocked. There are dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans and cutlery supplied. You won't need a thing except groceries. The dining room has a table surrounded by windows and views. The table seats 8 people with additional seating at the kitchen counter. It is also a great place to sit and play a game with your family or group. The open layout allows everyone to participate in the conversation.

Mountain Vista has 4 comfortable and spacious bedrooms. The master suite is located upstairs and it has a comfy king size bed and its own gas fire place. The room has its own door to separate the room from the loft or downstairs. With a walk-in closet and a large dresser you will have plenty room for your personal items. The large private master bath has an over sized jetted tub as well as a walk in shower. There is a loft/study just outside the bedroom where you can work on a computer, read a book or just sit and relax and enjoy the view from two large windows. On the main level, there is another large bedroom with a queen size bed, custom log furnishings and cute mountain decor. There is a full bath on this level which has a shower/tub combo. Downstairs there are two bedrooms – both with queen size beds and comfy mountain furnishings. The larger room has a hanging closet and both rooms have a dresser for your belongings. There is a full bath on this level as well with a shower/tub combo.

There is a large recreation room downstairs with a full-size ping-pong table, a cozy couch and a comfy bean bag chair for two. The whole family will enjoy this spacious room with lots room for fun and entertainment. Just outside the game room, there is a deck facing the forest and mountains where you can relax and enjoy the views. You will love being outside at Mountain Vista. There is so much to do and it is very private and secluded. You will want to relax in the therapeutic hot tub after a day of hiking or skiing. The views are magnificent. Large fluffy beach towels are provided for the hot tub. There is also a grill on the deck just outside the dining room where you can BBQ your favorite cook-out meals!

Mountain Vista is in a prime location for outdoor activities year-round. It is just 20 miles from the 5 star ski resort of Breckenridge. You will love the convenience and solitude of the location where you are close enough to ski and enjoy Breckenridge but far away from the traffic and noise of the town. Keystone and A-Basin are also a short drive passed Breckenridge from the home. Other resorts that you can ski in a day are Copper Mountain, Monarch, and Ski Cooper. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, mountain climbing, ATVing, horseback riding, white-water rafting, exploring ghost towns, and much much more.
