Welcome to our Oxford home! Whether you're visiting for an Ole Miss football weekend, a baseball series at Swayze Field, graduation, a hospital visit, or simply a relaxing getaway, we hope you'll feel right at home the moment you arrive.

Our beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located in the highly sought-after Turnberry Condominiums, one of Oxford's most convenient locations. You'll be less than one mile from Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, Swayze Field, and Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi, making it easy to walk to campus and avoid game day traffic. The historic Oxford Square is less than two miles away and offers some of the South's best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

We take great pride in providing a home that is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Each bedroom features comfortable mattresses and quality linens, while the spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to relax and spend time together after a day in Oxford.

Two parking passes are included with every reservation.

No pets are allowed without prior approval of owner.

No Smoking, Drugs, or Parties: Zero tolerance for smoking, vaping, or drugs, including medical cannabis/marijuana. This applies inside the condo, outside on the balcony, and within 20 feet of our unit. Maximum occupancy is strictly capped at 8 total guests during the day and 6 overnight guests. Parties, unauthorized gatherings, and breaking local noise ordinances are strictly prohibited. Violations face immediate eviction and penalty/cleaning fees up to $1,500.00. We retain a local 3rd-party property management service authorized to inspect the premises for policy violations. We take this very seriously to protect our home.

For your safety and ours, please note that we have an active video and audio security camera facing the front outdoor entryway only. This device helps us monitor arrivals and keeps the property secure. There are no recording devices inside the condo or in any private areas.
