This house was very clean and updated. Close to restaurants and shops it was perfect for a family girls weekend. Because of the beautiful weather we enjoyed the outdoor pool area which was furnished with enough lounge chairs for all of us.

Stacey and I live in Denver CO and have visited and vacationed to Scottsdale often. We instantly fell in love with Old Town, and visit often for golf trips, and to soak up the sun. Stacey enjoys hiking Camelback or biking the many nearby trails. As Colorado Rockies baseball fans, this home is less than 3 mi to the Salt River Fields, home of the Rockies Spring Training, at Talking Stick resort and Casino. We can also catch other teams during Spring Training with the Cubs only 5mi away and the Giants less than 2mi away.

Why they chose this property

After vacationing in Scottsdale for 15 years together, we decided to buy our future home a little early, and we hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do! Scottsdale has so much to offer from Old Town, Fashion Square, Barrett-Jackson, MLB Spring Training, PGA Tour Waste Management, so much golf, hiking Camelback, dinner at the Biltmore, kayak the Salt River, Desert Botanical Garden, ASU Gammage, it’s easy to be inspired by the region’s natural beauty, diverse culture and perpetual sunshine. We LOVE it!

We especially picked this home for the wide open main level floorplan, it's perfect for entertaining guests and spending time together with friends and family. Many nights have been spent laughing and playing games. With the heated pool only steps away from the rear covered patio, its great for BBQ's and evening gatherings.
