Our home is walkable to several restaurants, bars, and other fun activities to get yourself into, such as checking out the very popular Brooklyn Arts Center. Our home is also located 20 minutes away from Wrightsville Beach and also about 20 minutes away from Carolina Beach!!!!!

Great spot to enjoy Wilmington! Superb host!

The house was very comfortable for us. It's in a safe and friendly neighborhood with a lot of character. We enjoyed the ~20 minute walk with all sidewalks to all the good stuff downtown. The beds were very comfortable and the common areas were quite spacious. Dwayne is one of the best airbnb hosts I've ever come across. EVERYTHING was considered and taken care of. Highly, highly, recommend.
