Unit #307 is a newly owned 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in Lake Erie Vista. It features beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is free WIFI and a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
The master bedroom has king bed, a 42' flat screen TV and a bath with a six-head spa shower.
Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with huge walk-in closet and a flat screen TV.
Third bedroom has full bed and twin. The Guest Bath has jetted soaking tub & shower.
The living room and dining room offer incredible views of the lake. The dining table seats will seat 8 and there are 3 bar stools at the island. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa.
This location and building amenities are loaded and amazing, you will have trouble deciding what to do:

Debbie, the property manager, is AMAZING. Honestly, I've stayed here several times now, and she's a huge part of the reason I keep coming back. Beautiful unit. Wonderful views. Clean facility. Great trip!
We had a great quick weekend at the condo. The view of Lake Erie was beautiful. There was a beach and fire pits although it was too cold to go out. The condo is very pretty and spacious. Would like to go back in the Summer so we could use more amenities.
Our stay was just what we needed. Forgot about a schedule and time. Spent the days conversing about many forgotten things. The views, sunsets and sound of waves washed away all the effects of stress.
Very spacious, beautiful view. It felt like we were overlooking the ocean. Very well maintained property. Property manager Deb, went out of her way to identify wineries and hours since it was post Labor Day. She arranged winery transportation which was too drawer. Definitely recommend.Perfect for our girls trip
Great location to the town center, restaurantsand wineries, great view of Lake and beach, easy access to property. Kitchen had both coffee maker and Keurig machine, plenty of towels. Great communication with the property manager. Would definitely come back here.
This is a wonderful location and a great place to stay. The view was amazing. The private beach with chairs was great. The condo itself was very nice & comfortable. We look forward to staying again.
