Set of 60 silverware ! Half in the drawer . Other half in cabinet where plates are . Looks like you never used the half in the cabinet . So glad your family enjoyed it all !

Great family place to stay .

It was a great experience staying with my family and friends . Marcie was very responsive and accommodated our needs . It is very close to Cloudland Canyon park . I would highly recommend this property if you are going with big family . Only negative point in this property is not enough bathrooms if you are going with 10 or more people but still loved our stay

Perfect for Youth Trip

Beautiful Property! Great Location! This property worked out very well for our youth trip. The house is split in a way that we had designated boys and girls areas. Marcie was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Lots of things to do even when we had down time from our schedule. Hand down would recommend this place.

Great for large groups!

This was a great property for our large family to get together for a weekend getaway! There are 20 of us total and plenty of space for all of us including young kids, teenagers and adults. The separated two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette was great for putting kids down for naps or having just some extra space. The outdoor space was great with lots of outdoor games in the kitchen was well stocked. The owner was very nice in checking in with us during our check in and check out and available as we needed. We didn't see the hot tub which was on the listing but that wasn't a deal-breaker for us. Overall, it was a great property with available owner and fit our needs for a great family weekend together.

Perfect Family Retreat Location

Marcie the owner, took excellent care of our group, checked in with us in the beginning to make sure we had what we needed, and was warm and friendly. We were 19 adults & 3 children, and we fit in like a glove, still with some room for more. Accommodations ,including the beds, were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the ability to arrange the dining area to suit us. Although Chattanooga is very close, we stayed at the house feeling quite at home, enjoying the grounds with rushing creek, and even the fun of a ping pong tournament. Especially for a large group, you can’t beat this home. We would come back.

Tons of space for a large party

We stayed here with a large wedding party and there was more than enough room for everyone! The house is very well stocked with everything you can imagine which made it great for serving so many people!

Wedding weekend getaway

I rented this house for my wedding party to stay at for the weekend of the wedding. It was absolutely perfect and I could’ve have asked for a better house for our needs! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortable, and so many activities to entertain everyone for the whole weekend. The adults loved it, the kids loved it, and Marcie was so wonderfully helpful.

Great for Families

Our family takes a group trip annually, and this was the best overall property we have had. Marcie, the property manager, is so helpful and friendly. The amenities and activities available at the house are great. You are able to enjoy your privacy while being within thirty minutes of Chattanooga, Rock City, Ruby Falls, etc. We honestly could have stayed at the property the entire time and been more than satisfied.

Big House Awesome Location

Check in was easy and the host was super responsive. She sent us some great suggestions on sights to visit and places to check out. The house was in a great location, 15 minutes from all of the area attractions. The house was huge for our group of 9. It was clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals and have a great time. We even had a ping pong tournament, played volleyball and badminton. We will definitely be back.

Nice house and we enjoyed. Small issue on house number- website listed it as 687 Mt. Olive but number on front of house is 658. Distinctive house so not hard to locate. Also, window crank in middle BR 2nd floor did not work properly. All in all we had a great time. Thanks Bob Warner
