Nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine country, this retreat offers a luxurious hot tub, an entertainment game room, and a cozy firepit for memorable evenings under the stars. Just a stone’s throw from the region’s renowned wine trail and picturesque hiking paths, it’s the perfect getaway for wine aficionados and nature lovers alike.
East Bluff Harbor Marina for kayak, canoe, paddle, pontoon & bow-rider boat rentals & slips is within a 5-minute walk from the Overlook. Keuka State Park, with a sandy beach for swimming, is only 3 miles away. In winter, ski at Bristol Mountain just 30 minutes away.
Convenient to downtown Penn Yan, shop local artisans, enjoy Seneca Ice Cream, craft beer, wineries, & distilleries & enjoy restaurants located both in town & along the shoreline, also accessible by boat.
Enjoy the open floor plan with friends & family, complete with central AC & heat. Step inside to the vaulted family room with stone fireplace, a master bedroom with fireplace & queen bed on main floor, well-equipped kitchen with center island that seats 4, dining table that seats 6, two additional bedrooms, (2nd bedroom has queen bed & 3rd bedroom has full bed plus twin bunk bed & a window seat bed), a recreation room on lower level with walkout slider completes the space. We have been staying at this cabin for 14 years for a girls weekend. The owner Mike is wonderful, responsive and very accommodating. The place is always clean. Has everything we need the open floor plan is perfect. Hot tub is always clean and hot. We couldn’t ask for a better place to always get together and make memories. Highly recommend.

The cabin was everything we had hoped for and more. The description and pics were spot on and did not disappoint. The views from both front and back were fantastic and so peaceful. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife as well every evening and morning as the dear filled the back yard. The cabin was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was a joy to cook and gather with how open it is to the cabin. The space downstairs was perfect for the kids and the second bathroom was very nice to have! My wife and I loved the cozy of the master bedroom. The hot tub out back with views of the woods put it over the top! The couple times we had a question Mike was quick to respond and very helpful. Overall it was a wonderful stay…the only thing we wished is that we could stay longer!

Everything was excellent. All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas as listed. Fireplace in main living area not working yet. Owner did work with us and should have it repaired later in January. The kids had a great time! Loved the bunk bed room, air hockey table, hot tub, able to sled down the hill in front yard. Saw lots of deer out back every morning. Everything was clean. Had all the dishes, supplies needed to make a few meals. Large open living space on main floor which was great for hanging out with the family, playing games, etc. Nice quiet log cabin winter retreat! Exactly what we were looking for and made it easy to explore several surrounding areas! Thank you!
