5 Bed UPDATED Home - Hot Tub, Fire Pits, Games, Bring the Whole Crew! Sleeps 14

This is truly, one of the nicer homes in Central Tucson. No need to drive to the foothills for a comfortable stay.

Private gated yards w/ Firepits, a hot tub, horse shoe pits, mini golf, cornhole and plenty of privacy.

Inside you'll find a huge dining room table, beautiful stocked kitchen, cozy TV and seating area, work space and games like air hockey and shuffle board!

This home has 5 bedrooms and 3 fully updated remodeled bathrooms. The master shower has dual shower heads for those couples that do everything together. The second bathroom down the hall near the bedrooms has a tub with beautiful tile surround and the 3rd bathroom also has a walk in shower, so plenty of places to get ready if you're traveling in a big group.

All 5 bedrooms are beautifully and tastefully decorated. There is a King Bedroom Master suite, with Large walk in closet, plus 4 more rooms each with two twin beds. Two of these rooms are laid out where you can pull the twin beds together and put the king bedding on if traveling with more couples.

If that's not enough places to sleep, we have a pair of rolling cots on site and the large sofa which can handle two people.

The custom kitchen is beautiful. There is a Keurig, coffee maker, and pretty much all of the utensils, cookware, appliances, wine glasses, and just about anything else you'd need for a comfortable stay. The huge farm sink makes dishwashing fun! The trash is hidden in a pull out drawer and all of the drawers and cupboards have soft close hinges and slides.

There is a nice big pantry for food and a second pantry which is stocked with board games and puzzles for your family to enjoy. Feel free to leave behind a puzzle or game for future visitors, if you feel so inclined!

If you need to work while visiting, there is a desk in the common areas and one in bedroom number 5.

This home truly has a lot to offer! We used to live in this home with our family and we absolutely loved it here. The home is set back on the lot and it feels very secure and private! Plus it's just minutes from so many shop and restaurants and within a short drive to the UofA, downtown, gem show and more! Great Central location!

PARKING: There is plenty of off street parking for around 6 or more vehicles.

The location is good as it is close to the hospital which was the purpose of our stay. Overall, the house is great for large groups and the yards are also! Front door needs to be replaced and hot tub repairs are in progress. Jeffrey was a very responsive and helpful host.

Hidden Paradise

At first glance the location and looks from the driveway had me nervous.. until I stepped into the beautiful gated front yard and finally saw the house. With all the games provided there was never a dull moment and I loved the modern look and feel of the home. 10/10 would stay again

2025 Tucson Golf

Our group consisted of eight old men on our sixth spring golf trip to Tucson. Jeff’s place was easy to get to and close to restaurants, stores and other amenities. All of the courses we played were less than 30 minutes away. One hiccup was a malfunctioning hot tub, but Jeff worked diligently and got it repaired before we left. Overall, a great trip.

Fun Vacation or Work Home

I rented this home for work. I am a golfer and was very excited about the mini golf in the yard. Me and my co-workers played every game in the house, shuffle board, air hockey, house shoes, and I even took a dip in the hot tub. Very nice spacious house with lots to do.

Golf Get Away

Had 12 guys from all over the US get together for six days of golf. Found the house quite adequate for our needs. The hot tub was great for us as most of us are over 70 years old. The back bathroom had a squeak in the pipes the woke some of the guys up but it wasn't constant. Plenty of space and room to spread out. Kitchen was great for our needs. If we ever hit Tucson for golf again we would stay here again.

Perfect Family Party Pad

This property easily sleeps 11. This is your place for a family gathering where everyone wants to be under the same roof but isn't on top of each other. Photos are accurate. This home is spacious with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and is well-appointed. Book it!

Big house that is good for groups

This house has lots of room and is nicely finished. Great for big groups. Walled in back yard and fenced and gated front yard is great for dogs (we had our dog and my daughter's dog there). There are many fun things to do at the house (pool table, hot tub, fire pits, horseshoes) and lots of room to spread out. Jeffrey is very responsive to messages.

He lived here with his family for about 5 years, before moving to a home that better suited his and his wife's multiple businesses.

Why they chose this property

This was the largest home we could find in central Tucson that fit our budget and needs.
With 5 kids, a large home was needed, and it needed to be purchased on a tight budget! This home was perfect.

What makes this property unique

We love the floorplan. We love all the storage througout the home and how the bedrooms are down on one side of the home and the kitchen and living areas are totally open. We also love the privacy in the yards. Love the bonfire pit and the hot tub!
