High End Modern Montana Guest House

This cozy Modern Montana Guest House sits across the street from thousands of acres of public land and trail systems with a running creek just outside the front door. Make yourself at home in a clean, updated, comfortable space that is a short 12-minute drive from downtown Bozeman. We hope you will enjoy this one of a kind property and the immediate access to all outdoor activities Montana has to offer as much as we do!

The space
Make yourself at home in a clean, private, modern but rustic, comfortable, and serene guest house. Full of natural sunlight, our Guesthouse offers the complete Montana experience while also maintaining close proximity to town.

Our rental was built in 2012 and lovingly renovated in 2018 to accommodate 4 guests, with studio and loft queen beds and 1.5 baths. This house has a true indoor/outdoor living vibe with ample natural light and large windows. We have equipped all windows and sliding glass doors with blackout blinds.

Relax on the deck, listen to the creek rambling by, enjoy a fire outside, explore the thousands of acres of surrounding wilderness, skip into town for a delicious meal and or prep a meal in the fully stocked kitchen.
