These individually owned condos offer the ultimate beachfront experience. Just steps away from the pristine shore, you’ll enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed views of the ocean and stunning sunrises over St. John. Wake up to the beauty of white sandy beaches, clear blue water, and the vibrant sunrise just outside your balcony door. The location is ideal for honeymoons, romantic getaways, sun-soaked adventures, or total relaxation. You can step directly onto the quiet beach or take a short walk to the pool or marina, where slip rentals and day trips are available.

On-site amenities include a beach bar (Sapphire Beach Bar), pizza (Paradise Pie) and upscale dining (Sea Salt) restaurants, and a coffee shop (The Beach Buzz), conveniently located on the far side of the complex. There is also a clean, beautifully situated pool.

The nearby town of Red Hook is just minutes away, offering ferry access to St. John, as well as fantastic dining, nightlife, and entertainment options.

Sapphire Beach is one of the best beaches on St. Thomas, renowned for its exceptional snorkeling.

While Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina may be called a “resort,” it doesn’t offer the typical resort amenities like spas, tennis courts, or cabana service. What it does offer is unparalleled proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches in St. Thomas—a true paradise.

Beautiful, unobstructed views of the ocean. Clean, bright condo with everything we needed including a comfortable Murphy bed. This unit was one of the closest to the ocean which made for a wonderful ocean breeze and peaceful sound of the waves. Resort was a lot of fun with a great beach and lots of activities and communication from host was great also.

This property is situated directly on Saphire Beach. There are two levels, it is absolutely beautiful to sit on either the two decks. We had access to wonderful snorkeling right on our beach. Additionally we have had plenty of other beaches to drive to. We took the ferry to St. John and rented a dinghy to visit several beaches. It is excellent to be this close to Red Hook. There are 3 different restaurants on the/near property we ate at Sundhi’s excellent food. The pizza at the beach (?Paradise Lie)was good as well. There is no dishwasher. Tips: pack some basics for food, snacks, sauces, dish soap… everything is expensive is STT. There are many steps for this rental. This was fine for us, but it maybe difficult if you had mobility issues. We loved the rental and would/will be back!

This condo is in the perfect location. It was clean, host was easy to reach (literally only had to ask for more dish soap), and Sapphire Beach is beautiful! The pictures of the interior of the condo do not do it justice. I failed to take my own photos of the inside - it’s bigger than you think! We were happily surprised!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the 3rd and 4th floors with private balconies on both levels, and the view is incredible. We spent mornings and evenings watching boats come and go from the marina and birds hunting for food.Sapphire Beach is just a couple-minute walk away, with excellent snorkeling. We planned our beach days around the cruise ship schedule since Sapphire is a cruise excursion, and the beach was never crowded when we went. We stayed in August 2026 during record-high sargassum levels. The staff worked incredibly hard to keep the beach clean, but it was a losing battle in the cove in front of the condo. This was clearly an environmental issue and not for lack of effort.The condo was spotless, the beds were comfortable, showers were good, and the AC worked great. We also felt very safe, with two heavy doors and deadbolts. There was plenty of free parking close to the building. The building is stair access only, which is worth knowing beforehand.Red Hook is about 5 minutes away, with Moe's Market, the St. John ferry, restaurants and shopping. The airport is about 20 minutes away. Sapphire Beach also has Sea Salt, Pizza Pi and Sapphire Beach Bar & Grill. A rental car isn't necessary, but we liked having one to explore.The kitchen was well stocked, although I don't cook on vacation! There were also several cats around the parking lot, along with quite a few chickens. If you're a cat lover, bring treats!We would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean, convenient and peaceful. Going in “off season” was amazing for us. No big crowds, water was perfect and the condo was great for the 2 of us. Easy and smooth the entire time and Bernard was sure to keep us informed when there was an island wide power outage but even this didn’t put a damper on our stay. We would definitely do this again!

Amazing view!

We absolutely loved our stay at Beachtacular! The view cannot be beat! It was simply remarkable. We found the condo to have everything we needed. Bernard was very quick respond to any questions. We did not want to leave and will absolutely stay here again!

Perfect beachside condo

Everything you could ask for in a beach front condo. The views and location very world class. The was well maintained. The only issue - and it was a very minor one is that the upstairs air unit was loud and sounded like it might be broken, but worked just fine. The resort and beach was spot on with everything you need in a beach getaway.

James, thanks for the positive review. Based on your feedback, the condo association determined there was an issue with the AC so they replaced the fan in the upstairs AC unit. It's quiet now. :)
