About this property

Vacation rental in the heart of the Champagne vineyards with a hot tub

Quiet country house for 8 to 11 people with private parking in a closed courtyard. Its two gardens (in front and at the back of the house), its terrace with lounge and barbecue as well as the relaxation area will contribute to the success of your stay. It is located in a small village of less than 300 inhabitants in the heart of the Champagne vineyards near Epernay (12 km) and Reims (35km) and has been completely renovated in 2025. The baker offers you his products by passing by van in the street in the morning.
Relax in the sauna and jacuzzi (open all year round) and enjoy winter evenings by the fireplace.

Please note: the swimming pool is located in the owner's garden on the side of the cottage; it is heated from June to September and is to be shared with the owners by reservation of slots of 1.5 hours/day of arrival and departure and 3 hours/day (opening from 10 to 1 p.m. and 6/4:30 p.m.). It is secured by a roller shutter. If rented with children, they can only approach the pool and swim under the supervision of a responsible adult.

Champagne, Champagne, Champagne

Sylvie and Cyrille were great hosts and we enjoyed our stay so much. The house had everything you could ask for and being able to use their pool was a godsend. We were so centrally located to all the champagne houses and tourist sites. Good luck for your harvest next week.

Excellent séjour au milieu des vignes

Le logement est très agréable et bien agencé. Organisation facile à 11 personnes. Nous avons pu profité de la belle piscine et du bain à bulles. La propriétaire nous a également fait une chouette visite de leur domaine viticole, accompagné d’une dégustation de leurs différents Champagnes. Merci encore

Weekend déconnexion

Ma famille et moi avons passés un week-end très agréable dans cette belle maison, les photos correspondent parfaitement aux lieux sur place, logement bien équipé et environnement très calme et apaisant. Sylvie était super sympa, elle nous a offert une bouteille de champagne. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement du jacuzzi et de la piscine. Je recommande le logement si vous souhaitez vous détendre et oublier le stress parisien.

Très jolie maison

Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants et nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Les hôtes sont charmants et ils nous ont organisés une dégustation de leur champagne. La maison est bien agencée et fonctionnelle avec une très jolie vue. Les enfants ont bien aimés le trampoline ! Nous n’avons pas profité de la piscine ni du jacuzzi vue les températures extérieures très froide. Ça vaudra le coup de revenir aux beaux jours ! Très bon accueil.
