Montricoux holiday lettings

This was a joy to find. Bruno was very attentive before and when we arrived. There was food and wine in the fridge and everything was as we expected. The view and facilities were excellent and Bruno gave some helpful tips about whee to find good restaurants.

We have just spent an amazing two week holiday at this property. We were a family of 7, including grandparents, adults and children, and every single person was delighted with their stay. The house itself was enormous, all the bedrooms were large, clean and spacious, and the covered outside living area was a real treat. There are two kitchens and two large fridge-freezers, which is brilliant for a large family group. Both kitchens were extremely well-equipped, and there are multiple tables for dining, both indoors and outdoors. The large, built-in pizza oven and barbecue were fantastic additions! The back terrace, with a second barbecue, is a wonderful place to watch the sunset while eating your meal. The large pool is brilliant and there are ample loungers, as well as other areas to sit and relax. The nearest local bakery and small shop are a 5 minute drive away, and there are plently of larger supermarkets around 15 minutes away. The whole area is beautiful, with gorgeaus towns such as Saint Antonin, and Cordes Sur-Ciel nearby. The hosts, Claude and Danielle, are simply wonderful! Nothing is too much trouble and they are always nearby to offer advice and support if needed. They are extremely knowldegeable about the local area. We have stayed in several holoday homes across France, and this is without a doubt the best holiday we have had, in the best location, with the best hosts!

We stayed here for a week and had a fantastic stay. The house is beautiful, as are the grounds. Jean-Marie and Ghislaine welcoming and helpful hosts, and there are lots of great places to visit locally. We will be back

This as our title says, a unique property.Exceptionally well designed to take in the maximum effect of its position in the gorge d’ Aveyron. We couldn’t recommend this property more highly. A big well done to the proprietors!

A relaxing setting that was a perfect place to unwind, recharge and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. the property was an ideal base to explore the area with it's impressive scenery and beautiful towns/villages.

Beautiful property in lovely surroundings with village amenities close by. Very tranquil and well equipped. Charming and helpful owner, the only downside was she didn’t speak any English and our French was very limited!

We had a fantastic week in Saint Antonin Noble Val. The communication with Kimberley was great from start to finish and she recommended some little villages to explore. The villa, which is clean and beautifully decorated, is in a stunning location, and we thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast looking out over the river and listening to the birds and frogs. We spent time every day at the pool, which is well equipped with comfortable loungers, seating and shade and the pool was warm enough even at the beginning of June. Saint Antonin Noble Val is a pretty little town, and we enjoyed having drinks with the locals in the small cafes. All in all, a very enjoyable week.

This cottage is a wonderful home and our hosts were wonderful too. They had thought of everything that guests might need for their comfort and they were so helpful and kind. The cottage is set in the most peaceful location we have ever visited with no noise or light pollution so the perfect place for relaxation and refreshment. The area is surrounded by beautiful countryside and pretty villages and all within easy reach. Albi is a very interesting city which we are always ready to revisit and we spent a happy day there. And, of course, we must mention the excellent Gaillac wines of which we sampled quite a few, and the lovely cheese, bread and fruit.
