Provençal farmhouse with pool in the Drôme Provençale, La Garde-Adhémar

In the heart of the Provençal countryside, just ten minutes from the classified village of La Garde-Adhémar, this house offers peace, authenticity and a beautiful view over the Rhône valley.



On a wooded plot of 4,000 m² with an orchard, you will enjoy a swimming pool designed like an old basin (6.5 x 3.5 m, depth 1.30 m) secured by a bar cover, a summer kitchen and a shaded terrace. Garden furniture, barbecues (charcoal + electric plancha) and two bicycles are available.



This Provençal farmhouse of 130m² can accommodate up to 8 people for an ideal stay with family or friends. Air-conditioned house



On the ground floor:

- A dining room with open-plan equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine)

- A bright living room

- A bedroom with 2 x single beds (80cm)

- A bathroom and separate WC



On the first floor:

- A double bedroom (140cm bed)

- A triple bedroom (1x160cm bed + 1x80cm single bed)

- A mezzanine with relaxation area



Independent annex by the pool:

- One double bedroom (1x140cm bed)

- Bathroom with WC

- Laundry room with washing machine

Domaine super agréable dans le calme Vue de haut fantastique Bien équipé Une vraie maison de famille Beaucoup de matériel de famille dans la maison et manque un peu de place pour vêtements des visiteurs Deuxième salle de bain dans chambre près de la piscine un peu loin des autres chambres

Merci pour votre commentaire, ce fut un plaisir de vous recevoir à La Garde Adhémar. Une immersion en pleine campagne. Les propriétaires vont libérer de l'espace de rangement pour l'avenir. Pour ce qui est de la deuxième salle de bains, elle est effectivement dédiée cette chambre indépendante située aux abords de la piscine.

Vacances de rêve

C'est la maison idéale pour des vacances en famille. Elle est dans un cadre unique de tranquillité, avec de l'espace pour tous aussi bien à l'intérieur de la maison que dans les différents aménagements du jardin. Nous avons apprécié sa décoration faite avec goût, sa piscine ensoleillée du matin jusqu'au soir et ce petit chemin qui mène directement au village. Nous n'avons rien à redire

Depuis plusieurs années, nous séjournons chaque année en famille au Mas des Rochettes, la maison est superbe, très agréable et bien décorée, l'environnement magnifique, un vrai petit paradis!

Idéal pour se reposer

La résidence est située dans un cadre magnifique. le dépaysement est assuré, le calme garantie!!! Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. En revanche il serait judicieux de bien préciser que le chemin d'accès à la maison est assez difficile en voiture (avec notre berline nous n'aurions pas pu accéder, la voiture est trop basse).
