Sleeps 6 comfortably. Close to pool and beach walkway. When you step into this condo, you’re on “island time.” Start your day watching the sunrise on your patio. Enjoy shopping for souvenirs in Port Aransas, nearby fine and casual dining, walk to the beach (at Marker #3), fly a kite, birdwatch, surf, fish, take a dip in the pool, or just relax with a good book. Enjoy Your Island paradise.

You bring your beach towels, chairs and toys and food. We’ll provide everything else – the unit comes fully equipped with a full kitchen and washer/dryer, tvs (with roku and cable) and internet (with wifi for your mobile devices). Charcoal grills are scattered throughout the property for your use. The master suite includes a full bath and two full-size beds. The second bedroom features a king-size bed. A full futon in the living room offers additional sleeping space.

Last minute trip to Port Aransas before school, and the condo was perfect! The location was convenient to town, but I mostly enjoyed the quick walk to the beach! The pool also rocked! We will definitely be back!

Great location right across from the pool. We took our golf cart plenty of room for parking and the trailer. The host replied right away with any questions we had. Nice clean condo with a comfortable fold down sofa in living room! We walked down the pathway from the condos one night! Loved our stay!

The condo was perfect! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids (13 & 11). We loved being able to walk out the front door and seeing the pool! It made going back and forth really easy. We also enjoyed playing games in the backyard area.We had a minor issue with the refrigerator going out, but it was handled quickly and we had a replacement in no time! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Pictures they have online for this listing doesn't do it justice. It is much nicer in person.

Great location by the beach. Only downfall is part of the walkway is under water so be sure you have the appropriate shoes. Also if planning on using the walkway to get to the beach and taking a wagon, will be a challenge. Big incline going and coming from the beach. Other than that it was great!

This unit was in the damage zone for Hurricane Harvey. When we purchased it in July, it was in "white box" condition (nothing but blank walls and the floors). We completely refurbished, refurnished, and re-equipped it after we purchased it in July of 2019. This is the first time this unit has ever been available for rental.

What makes this property unique

This unit includes many amenities, including large flat-screen tvs with Roku, wifi, a full-sized washer and dryer, and the kitchen has all the basics to make your stay enjoyable. It's close to both the swimming pool and the beach walkway (Sea Isle Village is on Beach Marker #3).

The property has a playground for the kids, basketball court, picnic areas with charcoal grills.
