Our stay was perfect.

Oksana and her husband are wonderful hosts. The room was perfect. Food in the fridge, fresh and very lovely modern decor. Coffee and milk ready to kick start each day. Modena is a wonderful place to visit.

2/10 Terrible

Very disappointing

I cannot believe the reviews on this condo. While it has been renovated, it is in an unsafe, horrible building and part of town. You must also empty out the residual water from the air con everyday, not use electric appliances at the same time not to short-out circuits and put the washer hose into the toilet bowl to drain. We saw the place and checked in to a hotel instead. We do NOT recommend this place at all, and it certainly is below all VRBO standards and well-below the reviews on the site. I suspect they have been written by the owner. Honest guests could not possibly say anything good.

Incredibile unfairly! It's a central zone, so you don't need a car to move and is absolutely SAFE. Yes, as in any big building apart of Italians is a full of people of any nation, but they are the families! On which planet do you live? The time of only white is remained in the deep past. The building was renewed two years ago and has the service of the porter and is cleaned every day. I just wonder how it was possible to feel unsafe in a few minutes while you was waiting for me? About apartment. You have found fresh, clean and full equipped place with comfy bed and everything one can need while he is far from his home. Unfortunately, the apartment is small, so we couldn't integrate the washing machine and we placed it in the balcony to give the possibility to guests to wash their clothes. The system of downloading water in normal on case like our. About not using more than 2 electrical devices at the same time is just because in Italy every apartment has only 3 kw of the electric potential and if you put on the third one, the line will felt down, not short -circuit, it's a different case! The air conditioner condensed water...really? You found so impegnative to empty the tank once a day? Better to leave the water to drop off on the head of the people... And last thing, I don't need to write by my self reviews, and I think it's impossible. In this apartment I hosted a lot of people, actors, engineers of Ferrari, Maserati and Lamborghini, the fans of art of the Massimo Bottura, a lot of tourists from all over the world. All of them remained happy to stay in my apartment. I have a guest book and it's full of the nice and grateful words, do you think they are all not honest?))) I do always everything I can for my guests to let them have a grate time in Modena and I'm very proud of it!!!

Beautiful Apartment in Modena

This apartment was the best supplied apartment we have stayed at. Oksana's husband stocked the fridge with supplies like cheese, eggs, yogurt, water, bread and other necessities. The air conditioner was fantastic and the bed very comfortable. Oksana left no stone untouched when her and her husband supplied this home. There was every convenience to make you feel comfortable. We highly recommend this fantastic apartment in the heart of Modena. Thank you Oksana for making our stay one of our favourites!!

Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert!

Spotless and faultless

From the moment we arrived to a warm welcome from the owners we knew we'd found a great place to stay in Modena. Oksana and her husband kindly looked into times for the bus for the airport for us, even calling the bus company to check Sunday running times, and they left us a fridge stocked with milk, juice, eggs, bread and more. Coffee was provided along with cakes. We found this studio apartment spotlessly clean and perfect for two people. 'Piccolo Nido' is very cleverly designed, so that there was everything we needed, and very stylish. The shower was hot and strong, wifi worked well and the bed was very comfortable with good quality linen and pillows. A balcony provided fresh air, the apartment was relatively quiet given it's in a city and with the historic centre around a ten minute walk away Piccolo Nido is, in our view, ideal for exploring Modena and good value for money. We would not hesitate to book again the next time we are over.
