The View is independently and lovingly managed within the gates of Point Pleasant. Walk the nature trails to our small private beach. Take a dip in a hidden-away pool, a short walk from your building,

A small rental car is highly recommended, to negotiate the hills and explore St. Thomas and St John. This beautiful residence is built into a hillside to capture magnificent 180 degree views from the hilltop. You will need a car anyway to be able to see the most famous spots on St. Thomas, such as Magen's Bay and the many famous beaches on St. John and St. Thomas. This location is not recommended for anyone who has hip and knee issues

At 10am, please take 3 pics to show, the remotes and spare ky in the pink tray he emergency key in the lock box, and text them to me.at 917 558 5100
Please make sure that the AC and all electric lights are turned off.
Please take the garbage out to the bin at the top of the steps on your left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please turn off the AC every time to leave. Lowest setting is 80 Christmas Winds blow into the condo is the winter. Leave doors open to enjoy.
Check. out by text, directly with owner at 10am. Text pics of keys and remotes under TV and in lockboxLost keys and remotes charged at $250 each.
Please wash dishes when you leave and take out trash to box at top of stairs on the left.

The condo was beautiful. Clean, beautiful ocean view. The property was great- 3 pools and 2 restaurant/ bars which were excellent. As good or better than any others that we went to. Our host Chris was exceptional. She urged us to rent a car which really was a must due to the terrain and in order to visit the many beaches and other areas. She was also super helpful with ideas of places to visit and restaurants.

Wow!!! The views from this condo were nothing short of breathtaking. We loved waking up and seeing the islands and cays with the sunrise coming up over them. Personally,I would honestly compare the "down island" views from the condo to any other views including from Drake's seat and Mountain Top. I just can't say enough about the views from the condo. Chris, the host, was incredibly responsive and was so helpful answering any questions and providing useful info and we had a ton of questions as this was our first time in St.Thomas. We will definitely try and stay here again if we ever make it back.

Pros: Chris was a wonderful host she checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. She was very prompt to respond and accommodate our request for additional beach towels. Also offered to arrange activities for us. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The Sun & Sea Bar & Grill was nice and the Staff were very friendly and fun. Lion Fish Grill was also very nice on the higher end. Food and drinks were good at both places. Maintenance allowed us to use their shop vac to get the sand out of our rental car. Very nice people! Cons: The couch and chairs definitely need a good steam cleaning or maybe even replaced. Housekeeping needs to clean under the bed I dropped my earring back and had to search for it.

This was the most reasonably priced room in the area with a spectacular view. We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner is very communicative with lots of tips and information for your stay. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a great experienced. Chris was a great host. Very knowledgeable of the Island and communicative. The space of the condo was extremely clean, the staff was respectful, quiet environment and peaceful space, the view is impeccable and the location was very convenient to multiple beaches and restaurants. A car rental is a must as Chris informed us. We would happily stay again!

Amazing island views

Extremely clean, well appointed, and comfortable in room experience. The views from the deck are fantastic if weather becomes an issue. The gated community makes it one of the safest properties I've ever stayed in throughout the Caribbean. Fine dining that you can walk to as well!

We had a great time! The grounds were clean, the stay was great. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful! She had 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, snorkeling gear and a yoga mat making our experience the best! Everyone was friendly! We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful Stay!

My wife and I celebrated our 23rd anniversary in this beautiful villa. The owner Chris is beyond helpful and so easy to work with! Everything listed is accurate and we used this location, along with a rental car, to explore St. Thomas and St. John (used the car barge). The villa was exceptionally clean and the view is breathtaking. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

One of the most beautiful places in the world. Great dining and water activities ! Very close to Coki beach. Chris was an amazing host and very helpful in every way. Last but not least I was impressed with the Native people's hospitality and all around vibe. Really felt like a 5 star vacation.

Ivory tower with Ocean views

Beautiful marble floors with breathtaking waterfront and countryside views. The glass double doors that fully open to the amazing views lets the ocean air washes the worries away. The host was more than accommodating, and the resort had great breakfast. The workers at the resort were fabulous you can walk or take shuttles to the beach. Lastly, the beaches are something out of a movie just heavenly.

I cant say enough about our recent stay at Chris's unit. The view was spectacular and the deck is quite large. We spent all of our home time out there. The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared breakfast every day..full size fridge. The bedroom is kind of like a loft which ioved because i could see the sunrise from bed if i was too lazy to get up. The bed is new, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was ideal. Very close to great beaches and being near Redhook was great. Theres plenty of restaurants there and a great grocery store, Moes. You also catch the ferry to St John there. The restaurant at the resort was fantastic and down on the water..very casual outsoor seating.You will be very happy staying here for your home base!

Perfect spot

Chris is a great host. She provides you with all the information you need to enjoy the island to the fullest. The property checks all the boxes (balcony with views, pools, restaurant, coffee maker, etc.). Renting a car was necessary for us but the resort does have a car service you can call to bring you to pools/restaurant at the resort. We did wish that the resort had better signage on where pools were and what direction to go to reach your condo but onviously that's not the end of the world.
