Located in the small village of Figari, on a 6000m² family property secured by an electric gate, 100m² villa with breathtaking views of the valley and the Omu di Cagna.

It is composed as follows:

Inside: Living room / American kitchen - 1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed with a shower room / wc and private dressing room - 1 bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds (possibility of twinning) - Shower room with walk-in shower and WC - laundry room

Outside: Garden of 1000m² - Covered terrace of 25 m² with dining table -
Private heated swimming pool of 8x4 meters (depth 1.5m), secured by an alarm - wooden beach - several terraces offering garden furniture, lounge, sunbathing - Parking - Electric gate with digital code

Facilities: Air conditioning - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Television in living room and in master bedroom - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - towel dryer ...

The owners will be on the ground floor of the villa without any opposite or noise constraints in order to facilitate reception, guarding and maintenance.
