This open concept home is a boater's & fisherman's dream just minutes to the Caloosahatchee River. This lovely home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a formal living room, a spacious kitchen & a dining area with a large 10 person table for all your family meals. Sleeping quarters consist of 3 queen beds, and 2 twin beds for sleeping of up to 8 comfortably. The welcoming family room, featuring an 82” tv and pocket sliders to the heated pool & lanai area, is a perfect place for friends & family to relax. The private master bedroom features a large walk-in closet, a beautiful tiled shower & a jetted soaker tub for relaxing! Our lanai offers a large pool area and tranquil views of the canal. The boat ramp is less than a mile away!! We offer 4 new bikes, a kayak and canoe, and light fishing gear for your water adventures and enjoyment. We also have a pontoon boat available for rent. Just minutes from the Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach and waterfront restaurants, it is centrally located to many other restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Just a quick trip over the bridge and you can visit historical Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, and the Edison Estates! Come and enjoy our tropical paradise prepared just for you.

Fantastic Stay in Cape Coral

I had originally booked a hotel for our Florida vacation, but at the last minute decided to check VRBO. I was delighted to find this property with a pool available. The house was located in great neighborhood and was very clean. Christian was responsive and was wonderful to work with. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Cape Coral.

Fabulous place!

Great location with access to many amazing beaches but in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Loved access to the canoe to check out the beautiful homes and boats on the canal. VERY clean house. Some beach toys available. Bikes were great as well. Would definitely go back.

Perfect place for a family to stay!

We stayed here for a weekend baseball tournament. The layout of the house and the amenities were great. We weren’t able to enjoy all that the house has to offer because of the unfortunate weather during our stay, but we have already booked another stay for the summer. We were 2 families sharing the house (7 people total) and it worked out perfect. Thank you!

Great family vacation house

We enjoyed our 5 day stay! House was spacious and well set up for a family or several couples as the sleeping areas were separated. Neighborhood was quiet and walkable, it was also great to have the bikes available. We did rent the pontoon boat for a day and enjoyed the ride out to the river. We did not use the pool due to cool weather but enjoyed sitting out by the canal/pool area in the evening. Host was great to work with as well.

As advertised

Christian was an excellent host with clear instructions on how to access the property and a few other questions we had during our stay. The house is comfortable, right on the water, it has fishing rods, a kayak and four bikes with helmets available for use. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet neighborhood. Would rent this property again with no issues whatsoever.

The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood . We struggled to find good nonchain restaurants until the last day of our trip. They are there so take a good look around. It would have been nice to have had a local guide of some sort at the house.

We had a great Christmas at the property. We enjoyed the extra space for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. My son enjoyed fishing off the dock (bait shop was a quick drive). Local area provided easy access to shopping for groceries and necessities. The pool was heated although Christmas in FL is typically cool, only my hearty Minnesota kids enjoyed the pool. Communication with Christian was excellent, the washing machine quit working during our stay despite it being Christmas Eve a new machine was installed. The Christmas tree was also a nice added touch to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend the property.

This home had everything plus some! Rooms were big, house was clean and optional boat rental was a bonus. Owner was fantastic to work with. Close proximity to gas, food and groceries. We would definately rent this home again.

Could not ask for anything else. Only thing that wasn't perfect was that the street name is very similar to another 15 minutes away, be sure to put the exact address in the GPS rather than letting the GPS program auto-filling. Water pressure was a little weak at times, maybe because 2 people were using the shower at the same time?

Ellis Family Christmas 2019

The property was great - very clean and well-equipped - and the owners did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, even arranging a Christmas tree and decorations / lights both inside and outside the property! Although not mentioned in the listing there were 4 brand new bikes and helmets for use at the property. We also made good use of the kayak, canoe and fishing gear there were included in the listing. The slight issue with the check-in process was purely that we had not been provided with the number of the property, so could not locate it on the road when we arrived, but Christian responded to our request for help immediately, and I should have asked for it in advance rather than assuming it would be shown on VRBO. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation if looking to stay in Cape Coral. Matt
