Well some people would call us crazy!!! We came here 28 years ago, fell in love with the area and went back to America and sold everything....
We moved from Florida and to be completely honest, we lived a very materialistic lifestyle. We decided to put God and our children first and so here we are, 5 children later....
We knew if we wanted to make a life here, we needed to be able to support ourselves.
So, we build Las Palmas Tropicales Beachfront Rentals. My husband hired some local workers and I did all of the interior design myself. We have been blessed to meet some amazing people along the way....

Why they chose this property

We picked this property because of the location. We knew with it being on a world class surf break there would be need for a rental business.
We also liked the fact that we are surrounded by so much agriculture. Its great to drive just down the road and buy fresh produce picked right out of the fields surrounding your community.

What makes this property unique

There are different things that make our property unique.
We not only have the main house (that can accommodate a family comfortably) but we also have 6 individual units for those who want more space and privacy.
The location cant be beat, we are the closest rentals to the surf break, literally walk down the driveway and you are there...
We put a lot of love and care in our property, great bedding, no flat pillows here. You wont be disappointed when you stay with us!!!!
