Provencal style villa, completely renovated, with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms. Located 1km from the seaside, it allows a peaceful rest in a shaded garden or by the swimming pool with sea views. The outdoor area allows family games, the parking and the garage are closed and secure. The proximity of the city to less than a kilometer allows access to all services. Ideal for family atmosphere or with friends. The tenants have the exclusive use of the house, the garage, the garden and the swimming pool.
