Rare location on the Place de l'Eglise in the center of Megève.
Renovated apartment of 102 M2 enjoying 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with open kitchen. Crossing, with the living room overlooking the square, the sleeping area in the back quiet.
Located on the 2nd floor without lift, you will find a private ski room.
The apartment is located in the pedestrian area with direct access to shops and ski lifts 50 meters.

The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms. The first consists of a double bed (180 cm) and a closet with storage.
The second is composed of 2 single beds and a closet with storage.
The third consists of a double bed (140 cm) and storage. It has a shower and a sink. The whole room is glazed and offers a breathtaking view of the mountain and the back of the Village.

A large bathroom completes the sleeping area and includes a large shower, bath and toilet.
Between the sleeping area and the living room you will find a laundry area with washing machine and dryer as well as a toilet and a washbasin.

The living room with the open kitchen has all the necessary equipment.
This space includes a large sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee tables, a desk and a TV in the living room and a large open kitchen with a table for 6 people. The kitchen has all the equipment to prepare meals and complete dishes to stay in peace.

At the door of the apartment a private ski room, heated and locked allows you to take off quietly.

This apartment is ideally located to enjoy all the amenities and festivities of the resort of Megève. It is at the foot of the cable car facilities but it will also allow you to enjoy a warm, modern interior and especially designed to stay "at home".

Best location in town

Lovely roomy accommodation in the heart of Megeve. Views to the center from the living room are beautiful and the rear view to the mountains are stunning. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Facilities were better than we expected. Big private drying room for skiis. Only a 1 minute walk to the gondola. Beds are small (in adults room) but very comfortable. Located on second floor which we were aware but no problems carting luggage up the 2 flights of stairs. Perfectly clean and warm on our arrival. Hosts were lovely and responded immediately to any of our questions. Thank you and we will highly recommend to all our friends.

Great location, poor cleaning

The apartment has an excellent location, in the middle of the town, couple of steps to the lifts, shopping, restaurants etc. It has 3 bedrooms which are spacious and with a lot of storage room. The owners are very responsive. The apartment is decorated in a modern way. The glasses, bowls and other dishes like plates, cutlery, bowls are top notch. However, the cutting boards, the knives and the pots and pans are in a very bad condition and should definitely be replaced. When we arrived, the apartment was extremely dirty, bread crumbs on the floor and kitchen counter, dust everywhere, dirty staff on the floors, dirty in the kitchen cupboards. The Agency said it was very busy and they did not have the time to control before our arrival. There was a leaky faucet in one of the rooms and it never got fixed, there was a bad smell in the corridor as well. Overall, great place to stay at but needs more attention by the Agency.......

Fantastic apartment in Megeve.

Great apartment in a fantastic position. We were:2 grandparents (not skiing) with son (Dad) snowboarding and 2 children aged 7 and 5 beginners. Overlooking the beautiful square at the front and side of the living area with the snow capped mountains beyond. Endless entertainment in the square with horse drawn carriages etc and beautifully lit at night . Apartment is well equipped. We all loved it. It seems churlish to add negatives but: Simply Place d'Eglise is insufficient for directions: our taxi took us to one entrance while the concierge waited at another. When we left we directed the taxi to Boulangerie Montagnard 79 Rue. This is where the concierge will meet guests with a key to lower the bollard. Lack of information: it would help if there were recommendations of restaurants,shops etc A simple map with eg ski lifts,buses. WiFi instructions. Instructions: for all the appliances would help eg the oven,hob etc. Dishwasher instructions were useful. Where to put rubbish and recycling. Stairs: 2 flights of stairs and no lift. Fine for most. A challenge for me; 73 and recovering from a torn knee cartilage. Intercom:how does this work for opening door etc. Children: great if there was some plastic "crockery" and glasses. See the above as more suggestions than criticism please. The apartment was great and we had a wonderful time. John and family.

Appartement est idéalement situé, en plein centre et à 50 mètres des remontées mécaniques. La pièce de vie est grande et lumineuse. L'ameublement et la décoration donne une ambiance feutrée. Nous avons souvent loué à Megève et cet appartement sera dorénavant notre premier choix.

Excellent emplacement

Appartement rénové avec un emplacement idéal au cœur du village juste devant la place de l'église et à quelques mètres des remontées de skis et des bars/restos. Appartement bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour le séjour. Rien ne manquait, le propriétaire a pensé à tout. Service conciergerie pour checkin/checkout top.
