This ideal apartment with children, there is only one lane to cross to access the slopes and ski lifts as well as the Piou Piou club of the ESF and the nursery of chicks which will keep your little ones from 8 months . It is also possible to return on skis by a track arriving at the foot of the building when the snow conditions permit.
And for you big lovers of mountain gastronomy, a raclette machine is at your disposal in the apartment
The après-ski is done at the Maurice bar, cozy wine bar at the foot of the slopes or at the Royal for a good mulled wine with a pancake at the foot of the ski lifts or at Sister's pub for a pint of guiness just 1 min from the apartment !

Do not forget to bring your sheets and towels for your stay. Blankets, quilts and pillows are available.

The keys will be given to you by Laurent or The Serre Chevalier Immobilier agency with which we owners are contracted during the seasons. They will give you the keys and make you welcome on site as well as the inventory upon departure. They can be contacted for any questions as well as in the event of an incident during your stay. I also remain at your disposal as an owner by phone before, during and after your stay.

The Serre Chevalier resort or "Top 10 French ski resorts" has an area of 250 km of piste. Its historic Champions are Luc Alphand (downhill skiing) and Pierre Vautier (snowboard cross).
Ideal for skiing, hiking, climbing, and even swimming (baths and lakes). GR, and cross-country ski and snowshoe trails 100m away.
Station with 13 villages divided into 4 sectors:
Chantemerle, Villeneuve-la-Salle, Le Monêtier-les-Bains with its thermal baths (6 p.m. / 2 a.m. view of the valley), Briançon (historic town with the Vauban fortress)

Looking for Ski, Snow, Sun and Fun? Sporty, family, Lazy? You have knocked at the right door! Welcome to the Apartment "Le Coodidge" ideally located in Chantermerle village down the ski slopes with an amazin view and terrace, a minute away walking from the ski lifts grocery shops and ski rentals. It hosts up to 7 people
The 20sqm terrace offers you a scenic view on the mountain and the famous Luc Alphand ski slope with a lunch table + chairs as well lounge chairs for the sunny afternoons.

- 2 bedrooms: 1 with a queen size bed (140x190cm), 1 with 3 single beds: 2 for kids / one raised for adults and kids over 10.
- 1 living + dining room with TV, audio speakers, card games, books and magazines
- 1 bathroom with a bathtube AND a shower + a washing machine
- a fully equipped kitchen with oven / micro-wave combo, dishwasher, fridge and freezer
- 1 entrance with toilets on the right and cupboard on the left with household appliances (vacum etc…)
- Ski lockers to put you skis, boots and snowboards away
This apartment is ideal with kids since their is only on small street to cross to reach the ski lifs, ski lessons and various stores and rentals.
For families that like traditional French cuisine, you will discover the Savoyarde specialties like "Raclette" and find the special appliance in the apartment buffet.
For the Apres ski go to "Maurice Bar, a cozy wine bar with excellent food" or "Le Royal" for a Vin chaud and a French crepes.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Bedding is not provided (we have blankets, pillows in the apartment)

Serre Chevalier 1350 is perfect for your ski holidays. Its a cozy ski resort ideal for families, group of friends and individuals. Snowboarders are more than welcome to enjoy dedicated facilities (Snowpark / boardercross)
Here you can Ski, snowboard, hike, swim, go the famous natural SPA ‘Les grands bains de Monêtier”, ride fat bikes, drive kart or cars on the ice racetrack and ice skate in Briançon. The Serre Chevalier Vallée holds 13 vilalges spread out across 3 areas: Chantemerle, Villeneuve-la-Salle, Le Monêtier-les-Bains and Briançon.

Appartamento ideale per chi ha dei bambini. Attraversando la strada si arrivals subito alle piste e agli impianti di risalita e al club Piou Piou che puo ’curarvi i vostri bambini, di minimo 8 mesi di età, durante la giornata.
Esiste anche una pista che arrived direttamente vicino the entrata dell’immobile, when it is abbastanza neve.
Dopo lo ski potete recarvi al Maurice bar, altri bar accoglienti ai piedi delle piste o al Royal per bere un buon bicchiere di vino caldo e mangiare una buona crêpes.
