The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
When you leave and lock up for the final time, please text the property manager so the security system can be reset.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Front/side porch used for smoking. All debris to be removed by tenant before check-out. Failure to do so will result in $250 excessive cleaning fee.
Quiet Hours: In consideration of the other tenants in the building, quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. Lot just south is private property.
Long term stays require cleaning every 45 days. This is part of your long term stay costs. There are exterior cameras and a doorbell camera.

We came for BOA Grand Nationals so it was very convenient while having to go back and forth to the stadium. Host was very kind and offered many recommendations. Shapiros deli was delicious and we were able to have Aldi groceries delivered.

This place was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. having parking on site saves hundreds of dollars. The parking across the street was super convenient. The place smelled like grandma's house and it was extremely clean. The beds were just like home adn I slept like a baby each night. I'd pay double to stay here again. V/R Jon

Zach's Place in Downtown Indy

Perfect location in downtown Indy. Within walking distance to many fun places. We particularly enjoyed Ellison Brewing and also the Slippery Noodle Bar. Plenty of room for my wife and teen. Free downtown parking, three toilets, a tub/shower, full kitchen, two beds, and a relaxing porch made for a nice stay. If we visit Indy again we will definitely consider staying again.

Historic Indy Getaway

My family and I stayed here for a few nights over my birthday weekend. The house is absolutely gorgeous and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is very close to everything that downtown Indy has to offer. Lucas Oil Stadium is a couple of blocks away. Parking is a little tight in the back, but that's expected in an urban, downtown location. When we return to Indy, we hope to stay in this wonderful home again!

Great spot close to Lucas Oil

We were in town for the Olympic Trials at Lucas Oil, and Zach’s Place was perfect! It could not be more convenient - super close to the stadium, and walking distance to restaurants and more downtown. With a couple parking spots it was great to get to/from the airport, too. Laura was super helpful, and made check in and out a breeze. Plus she sent along some recommendations for things to do, places to eat, etc. The house had everything we needed, and the decor was so unique. Loved it, and will definitely be back if we’re in Indy again.

Monster Jam in Indy

This property was an excellent location for our stay. Short walk to Lucas Oil Stadium and any kind of restaurant we wanted.. This house is very lovely, great charm and all the amenities of home. Laura and Angie were very helpful and attentive. Any questions we had were answered very promptly. This was or first experience with this type of rental, all involved have set the bar very high for future visits. Thank you and recommend this property to all wanting to visit Indy.

a gem hidden next to the Lucas Oil Stadium

We have attended the Big Ten basketball Tournament about half of a dozen times. We stayed in several hotels and vacation homes, and this is by far the best of all! The house is 5 blocks away from the Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and is spacious and comfortable for a family of 3 and 2 dogs. The kitchen is very functional, allowing us to have home meals while traveling. The bedrooms are comfortable after a whole of activity. We absolutely love the porch swing! We hope to stay at this location again when we go back to Indianapolis for future Big Ten Tournament!

Better than Billed!

Perfect for us! The house is tucked into a business area, a ten minute walk to the Indiana Convention Center, where we were attending an event. So many delightful touches throughout the house, the restoration was obviously done with thought, taste and care. Clean, easy to check in, and we were able to host other event attendees for small in house lunches that turned into hours of sharing aroind the antique dining table. Alarm was easy to use and added a level of security which i appreciated. Compared to a hotel, restaurant meals and parking at a Convention Center hotel, I think we either broke even or came out ahead financially. Being able to have a true home away from home was a blessing.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Laura was very communicative, responsive, and accommodating. When we found out that a family member had passed and we needed to return home, Laura was gracious in not only offering condolences, but also refunding 75% of our package. The home was lovely, and we enjoyed the accommodations in our short stay. We WILL stay at Zach's Place again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Why they chose this property

When I moved to Indianapolis, I was looking for a historic Victorian property that I could afford, restore and was downtown. I found this wonderful place that also had investment opportunities because I could divide the rear spaces into the long term townhomes. I restored the house myself, including the townhomes, even thought people thought I was crazy at the time. It's been a labor of love!
