The Most Beautiful 4-acre Private Beachfront Villa with Pool and Chef
We fell in love at first sight and are sure you will, too. Rainbow Tree Villa boasts more than four acres of private property perched on a bluff overlooking our stunning beach. With five bedrooms and six and a half baths surrounded by a wrap-around veranda, this is the perfect spot for a family getaway or friend retreat.
Our staff includes two housekeepers/cooks, a groundskeeper and his assistant as well as a Villa manager/driver to ensure you, your family, and your friends are well-fed, happy, and comfortable. You can lounge around the incredibly spacious 8,000-square-foot home, swim, fish, snorkel, boat, and go on any number of excursions in this picturesque area, far from the typical tourist areas but close to all the best Jamaica has to offer. This sleepy fishing village is the most welcoming place on earth.
We have two portable cribs for babies and welcome large family groups.
What’s Included?
Exclusive use of villa, private pool, and grounds. (No other renters will be at Rainbow Tree “sharing” anything with you, no matter how few guests there may be in your group. The full villa and facilities are 100% yours to use and enjoy.)
A full-time caretaker who lives in his own house just inside the front gate. He and his assistant will perform grounds keeping and pool maintenance—and will keep the beach area in front of Rainbow Tree clean.
Two cooks/housekeepers who will:
Shop for your groceries and beverages.
Prepare two family-style meals per day.
Clean the villa daily.
Handle your personal laundry needs, as requested.
Perform occasional childcare
Linens, bath towels, beach towels.
Utilities, including air-conditioning in each bedroom.
Two large backup generators.
All taxes, including GCT.
Fun.
What’s NOT Included in the price:
Transportation, including excursions and day trips (but we can arrange all)
Food and beverages.
Extensive childcare.
Souvenirs.
Restaurant meals.
Massages from a professional therapist (who will come to the villa upon request).
Staff tips (we suggest 15-20% of the cost of the visit).

My husband and I have been traveling to Jamaica together since we were married there nearly 25 years ago and have always loved the people, the food, the music, and the natural beauty. While we always dreamed of owning a home there, we finally found just what we were looking for. Actually, we weren't really even looking, but Rainbow Tree found us, and we knew we had to have it. We live between Miami and New York but always want to be on the South Coast of Jamaica in Treasure Beach.

This place just has something special. Besides its incredibly grand proportions and gorgeous decor, this villa is set high on a bluff overlooking its own stunning beach. Plus, the staff, all locals from Treasure Beach are about the most wonderful people you can find anywhere in the world.
What makes this property unique
A huge private beach with reef fishing, privacy, gourmet meals cooked for you every day, nearby restaurants in a small fishing village make our home unique. Our private pool is large and crystal clear. In addition to the natural beauty, there are so many fun things to do nearby: rum tastings, day-trips to YS Falls, river tours, sea-turtle tours, hikes, biking adventures, sports park for kids, a boat trip to a bar on stilts in the middle of the sea and so much more. You can have massages in the house or travel to nearby luxury spa.
