Fantastic, remodeled home close to everything, but in the country. Located in eastern Medina County only 3.75 miles north of Historic Castroville, and 30 minutes to downtown San Antonio! Enjoy the peaceful country setting of this small pecan orchard and hay farm located off a paved county road with paved driveway and open air-parking. New modern and antique furniture, wrap around porch with seating, and large open concept living and kitchen area make this property a convenient and relaxing getaway.

Enjoy viewing wildlife including white-tailed deer, bobwhite quail, and many native bird species.

Enjoy the Historic Charm of Eastern Medina County and the close proximity to San Antonio. Castroville known as "The Little Alsace of Texas" is world renowned and offers charming historic buildings beginning from the 1840's, walking tours, shopping, historic annual celebrations, Medina River parks, and many local & veteran owned businesses and restaurants.

The house was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated how well-equipped and clean the kitchen was. We were celebrating my mother's 80th birthday, and we were able to do app the cooking at the house, which was perfect!

In the words of my three-year-old, we loved our new Texas home! This is our third stay and we enjoy it every single time. Everything our family could need away from home is provided.
