Weekend Wedding Stay

Host was great on communication and overall our stay went off without a hitch. Great pool day before the wedding and very nice outdoor setup. Plenty of room for the five of us and no hot water issues while we all were showering for wedding. Overall we would recommend the property!

Perfect place for families! Close to everything!

The house was nice and cozy. Perfect for the kids because of the pool. The kids didn’t like all the seaweed at the beach so having a pool at the house made it worth the stay. The location is close to everything so it made it easy to travel around.

A Great Spot!

We had a great time at the house celebrating my birthday. The place is great, we loved the pool and the tiki and spent a lot of time on the covered patio where we ate every day. The location is great, so convenient and close to everything. Hope to return!

The home is so centrally located that it does not take any time/traffic to get to any of the sites you may want to visit in the area. Plenty of room to accommodate a large family or group of friends. The owners are great and very attentive if you have a questions. Will stay here again.

Great little house. Especially the outdoor entertainment area. Spent most of our time there. Well maintained and very clean. Didn't get to use the pool because of the weather. Would recommend to others who want to come there.

Girls Trip!!

Very close to airport and just a short uber ride away from the beach or downtown attractions. Publix is a walk away along with a cvs and gas station. We had a group of 8 adults and were very comfortable with enough room and beds. Jarod was great and communicated with any issues or questions we had before and while there!

Very accommodating

The house was very clean and came stocked with just about everything you will need. My family loved the pool and the outdoor dining area where we played games and watched some tv. The house is located close to the grocery store and the highway. Planes flew overhead constantly but we also enjoyed watching them fly over. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great! The outdoor showers were perfect for rinsing off after those beach days. If we visit this area again, I would definitely consider booking with them again. Communication was great!

Spring training baseball

Clean nicely furnished home with plenty of outside patio space. Excellent WiFi and tv with wide range of channels. Nice neighborhood with nearby park with walking paths. Jared and Amanda are excellent hosts and a lot of the items that we packed for our trip were already provided by them ( laundry supplies, bath soap, shampoo, coffee etc...).

Place was equipped with just about everything we needed. Beds were big and plentiful. Lots to do in back yard. Short walk to grocery store and pharmacy. Street was busy and cars were a little loud at night but it was tolerable.

Everything about this house made for an enjoyable experience. This house has great charm. Very interesting and comfortable home. It was close to some great eating and got you to main roads in a flash. Because nothing is perfect I will tell people that this home has heavy foot traffic to the local businesses and it is on a busy street near a 4 way stop that gets a lot of traffic. With that being said it is for info only as we had NO negative experiences. It was really a fun place to stay and we would stay there again

The house's main drawback for us was that there is no door to the master bedroom to close in order to avoid noise from the rest of the house, especially the kitchen. Otherwise, the house was adequate, but needs a number of improvements and TLC. First, the host gave incorrect information regarding the internet network and password. The information in the welcome booklet was inaccurate. In addition, the neighborhood seems to be susceptible to internet outages. For foreign tenants without free cellular roaming, the result can be high extra costs. One foreign family member had an overage of more than 100, which the host refused to reimburse. We also found the house under-equipped. There was a ping pong table but no balls. There were no baking pans. (The host did order both, but the pp balls took two full days to be delivered.) The coffee maker is the cheapest possible. I recommend the single dose Nespresso or Keurig, with starter capsules at least. The dishwasher did not wash. It didn't even dissolve the detergent pods. The outdoor gas barbecue was filthy with so much grease accumulated in the bottom that while cooking, it burst into flames. It would have burned the wooden fence had I not been watching. I'm not saying the stay was entirely negative. Relations with the host were good. Publix and other stores are an easily walkable block away. By car it takes only about 15-20 minutes to get to the beach. The house near the center of West Palm.

Hi James, I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t have the best experience in our home. We want all of our guests to have an amazing time & make great memories. We accommodated your request to check-in early and check-out late with no other charge. We absolutely thought we went above and beyond to accommodate you all. Baking pans are not listed on what we provide in the home, but as soon as you asked, we had them delivered. The ping pong balls were there from the previous guests so not sure why they went missing, we also ordered those for you immediately. We apologize about the dishwasher, you were the first guests to tell us that and we replaced it the day you checked out. We don’t have WiFi outages normally, it just happened to be for those few hours in that neighborhood, you were also connected to the wrong WiFi. We tried to inform you of the correct one multiple times. Then you tried to extort us for money to pay for your international calls. As you can tell by all other reviews, most people enjoy staying there, that’s what we strive for!
