This family friendly non smoking Scottsdale condo is located close to miles of walking/bike trails. All your shopping needs can be met within 10 blocks and the Mayo clinics are nearby. A PGA Super Store for an huge selection of golfing supplies is only 8 blocks away and 50 plus golf courses are within minutes in the easy to get around NE Phoenix area. This condo has virtually everything you need; all furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with new hickory cabinets, linens and towels. A high chair and portable crib are also provided. The living room features a 42 inch flat screen TV. Each bedroom has a flat screen television and a recliner in the master bedroom for relaxing at the end of a busy day golfing, shopping or exploring.

This ground floor home offers easy access from your nearby dedicated covered parking space. A private lanai with seating for four is just off the living room. The pool, hot tub, fitness center and tennis court are all just feet away. Enjoy the great Arizonia evenings by the fireplace at the pool area or take an evening walk and view the McDowell Mountains and Thompson Peak. Many excellent dinning out choices can be found just minutes away.

Both baths have been recently updated with new tile and fixtures and the master bath converted to a walk in shower with glass doors.

Great location- great accommodations!

Condo is very clean and well stocked with anything you need or want. The owner is very responsive and kind and responds quickly to any needs. We loved the location and walked daily to eat/shop. The bonus for our family was the heated pool. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Great Stay

Nicely furnished, clean, only a few blocks away from groceries and the freeway. Parking only 40/50 feet to a downstairs door and pool within a hundred feet. Pergect.

Stayed here over a month due to medical issue. Home is beautiful and clo se to Mayo Clinic, shopping and the heart of Scottsdale. The grounds of the home are beautiful and allowed safe walks at all times of the day. The owner is very helpful and responsive to questions or concerns within a minimal time frame. I would highly recommend this home if staying in Scottsdale. Thank you for making this situation a better experience with a home away from home!

You definitely know you are in Arizona while staying in this beautiful warm and inviting territorial style condo complex surrounded by red rock mountains in an upscale residential neighborhood. Being right off the 201 you have shopping, dining, nightlife, greenways and even a large hospital within walking/ biking distance. This comfortable condo was well equipped with everything for my months stay. I lacked for nothing and the owners were just the best. Oh yes, I must mention the large pool area with hot tub and fireplace, tennis courts, small workout room and wonderful friendly neighbors. Wish I could have just moved in☺!

Great location - easy to get around to restaurants, golf courses and all parts of the metro area. The condo being located on the 1st floor and near to the pool was a plus. The condo was clean, well maintained, and the beds were comfortable.

Great Location

This condo is well equipped and close to everything - many places you can walk to instead of driving such as restaurants, shopping and the library, etc. Plus you have two nice pools in the complex. Owners are very helpful and always available if needed.

Great Value for Comfort and Location!

We just stayed at this property over the Easter break and were very pleased with our choice. The complex was very quiet, which was wonderful over what could have been a busy time. The condo itself was very comfortable with lots of room, and a lovely east facing lanai, perfect for morning coffees. The pool was large, and a wonderful temperature, as not all pools in pheonix are heated at this time. The location cant be beat! 20 Min to the airport, and just off the 101, with access to everything. We enjoyed the walking/biking path 2 min away, that goes all the way to Tempe!

" We look forward to taking a break from the long Minnesota winters as much as possible. We enjoy the warm sunshine filled visits to Arizonia and play as much golf as possible on those visits. We also enjoy walks or bike rides through the many quiet neighborhoods or on the nearby bike/walking trail".

We liked the location near the 101, the clean and well maintained property and the quiet area in which it is located. This North Scottsdale area is always clean and well maintained. It is just minutes to several grocery stores to pick up that forgotten item for dinner. Many great dining choices are nearby and within easy walking distance. The nearby biking/walking trail is just a block away.

What makes this property unique

It is only 20 minutes to the airport to pick up friends and family and only 5 minutes to the nearest golf course. Many more great courses are located within 15 minutes. The pool area is very near your front door and the parking is convenient. A high chair and pop-n-play make this condo family friendly. The master bed room has a walk-in closet, 24 inch flat screen TV, queen size bed and a master bath. The second bed room and bath is located on the opposite side of the living room from the master bed room and has a 19 inch flat screen TV and large closet. The dinning table can be expanded to seat 6.
