Cleaning Fee Charged but we were expected to clean before we left

The beds were unmade when we got there, the note said so guests would know the sheets were clean. Then there was a list that we had to clean before we left, do laundry, vaccum etc. The host charges a cleaning fee and extra fees for additional guests, I was charged extra for a group of 8 even though the listing says it will sleep 12. I certainly don't expect to be charged for cleaning and then expect to have to clean before I leave.
