Condo is on the first level one flight of stairs where you can sit on the back porch and enjoy the fantastic view of the ocean sipping coffee on mornings or enjoying the sunset over the ocean on evenings with your favorite drink. Perfect for travelers looking for the comfort of home away from home.
Enjoy evening walks on the beach or a nice stroll to close by restaurants all within a mile or 2.
Sleeps 6, Bedroom 1 features a comfortable king bed with sliding doors to access the porch and a full ocean view comes with a beautiful bathroom and tub to unwind and refresh after a long day at the beach. Bedroom 2 comes with a full/twin bunk bed, and one extra twin bed with room darkening blinds and access to a second bathroom that is equipped with a tub and beautiful vanity. The living/ Dining room features carefully curated décor, a table with 4 chairs a comfortable sofa with a swivel recliners and a flat screen TV and sliding doors opening to the porch with a majestic view of the ocean and dunes. This living area is the perfect hub for relaxation, reading a book or sharing family time after a day at the beach.

Thanks for the wonderful review and yes I do let my guess know ahead of time that they need to bring their own beach towels, because anytime I provide them they were never return to the condo and it has become costly to replenish. I do apologize for any inconvenience.

Perfect location. It’s calm and quiet while still being close to restaurants and shops. Beach view was perfect for watching the sunrise and they provided a wagon and a few beach toys my son loved! Had plenty of kitchen items for us to cook. I will stay here every year from now on.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. This would not be a good choice for anyone with even slight mobility issue. There were a good many steps to enter the condo even though it was 1st floor. The walk to the beach was long and not an easy walk. I understand this is a Tybee Island thing but just something to be aware of. Something else to be aware of is that the footfalls of the residents above can be heard quite well. I know this is not something the owner can correct but it was loud enough that it woke us at 7:30 EVERY morning. The occupants above us stayed in most of the time as did we because of inclement weather, so it was an aggravating thing to listen to, We did enjoy long walks and beautiful views. The location was great; you could walk to the lighthouse and have dinner at the restaurant there and it was a short drive to anywhere.

Thanks for the review we appreciate it if you are coming to Tybee be prepared to have a little walk to the beach because we have dunes to prevent flooding also the steps is only 8 steps up but if you have mobility issues and can’t climb 8 steps please rent a building with and elevator because in Tybee it’s mandatory to build one story up on beach front properties

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The owner, Rudy, answered all the questions I had and was quick to respond. There were plenty of fun games and even chairs and a buggy for the beach. The beach view was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our long weekend. The host was very helpful and responsive. The condo is a bit older, but good value for the money. The only couple of issues I noted were the water did have a strong odor like sulfur likely because its well water and if there is someone in the upstairs unit above, you can hear their footsteps pretty loudly through the ceiling.

Thanks for your feedback glad you had a good stay as for the upper floor there is nothing much we can do also 95% of buildings in Tybee are older but the inside is well updated the water down there do have a scent but it’s city water can’t do anything about that
