Kitchen with door to backyard & rear patio deck. Upstairs: Master bedroom (Queenbed) with attached master bath featuring a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub, 2 additional queen sized bedrooms (one room features a firm Tempurpedic memory foam mattress) sharing a full hall bathroom. Large Outdoor space with a seasonal pool (memorial day to labor day), multilevel pool deck, outside dining / sitting area. Security System with outside cameras on site.

Large Home in Great Location

Plenty of space, three bathrooms, with all the essentials needed. Host was great with communication! Pool was closed during our stay, so I can't comment on that. Overall a great seamless vrbo experience.

Your paying for the pool

Having the pool was why we were drawn to the property. The online pictures of the house looked decent enough, however the cleanliness and the condition of the house was subpar. For example, the shower was moldy, the ceiling was stained from old water leaks, used bars of soap left in showers, stains on the bedding and couches, dirty cupboards filled with used tooth brush heads and q-tips, the beds are rock hard, Etc. The house has potential but there needs to be a thorough deep clean up upgrade. Would I stay there again.. No.

We liked the place

Pool was great. Lots of room. Had office area where I could work with Wi-Fi. We enjoyed our stay. Nice deck and outdoor area as well. Large family room to watch a movie. Plenty of parking under car port.

Jonesboro pool home.

The location and host were excellent. The property definitely needs some upgrading. The furniture and beds were very uncomfortable. There was only 1 TV and it has some pixel issues. The dinning arm chairs have cracks where the arms attach. Having a lot of loose carpets on the top of regular carpet is somewhat of a safety hazard. However, having the pool, and the fact that the host was able to have it filled before our arrival, was a big plus.

A Wonderful Long Weekend with Friends in Jonesboro, AR

3 Jonesboro High School Friends meeting in Jonesboro for a Reunion. This house couldn't have worked out better for us. Great central location so we could get downtown, ASU, or the golf courses easily. The house was neat and clean and very comfortable. The big den and outdoor pool area was wonderful for planning our day and recapping our adventures upon return. Our Host, Hans, was very timely with all communications and a gracious host. We would definitely stay here again.

The area was beautiful and overall we were pleased. The house furniture could use some updating such as the wrap around couch and the beds in the smaller bedrooms upstairs.

lovely location!

Lovely location in a quiet neiborhood . the downstairs is beautiful with lots of room. There are lots of stairs so not appropriate fir anyone with physical limitations. The upstairs needs a lot of updating. Very little furniture, and one of the beds desperately needs a mattress. We had a great time and overall would definitely stay again.

Everything was very clean and kept up with. It was more room than we needed but the house had a private pool and was perfect for a weekend getaway.

Overall, it was just what we needed in a quick escape from quarantine with a pool. Owner’s communication was very timely and issues resolved quickly. This property feels lived in, but generally clean with essentials. Typically would prefer something that feels more like it is meant to be a rental vs. someone’s previous home.
