"This is a completely remodeled 3BR unit in gated low-rise waterfront complex on Holiday Isle with boat slip option!" Lots of travelers like to bring their boats for fun excursions out to Crab Island or even some fishing in The Gulf. The marina here has a mx of 26' and includes water and electrical. But let's get back inside...Spacious split floor plan tastefully furnished and decorated with coastal flair features stainless appliances, beautiful jewel toned subway tile backsplash, white quartz counters in kitchen and bath, updated faucets, light fixtures, ceiling fans and much more! Expansive balcony the entire length of the unit is the perfect spot to enjoy the peaceful serenity of sea breezes and harbor lights with friends and family. The place was absolutely perfect for what we needed it for and the private Beach access was amazing. Having to take Ubers all the way around to get to the restaurants was not ideal, but the views and the space were absolutely worth it. Messages were always replied to right away. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper! Or put it in your Instacart order.

Place was very clean and convenient. However for the price I feel like they should have provided more towels and toilet tissue. There were 8 of us and we only had 1 roll in each bathroom and 2 towels in each bathroom. Other than that this place was great and I would definitely book again

Great Family Getaway

We loved the location and amenities. Minutes to the beach. The pool was very nice. It was quiet and very family friendly. The communication was great before the trip, however I reached out to the property manager a couple times during the trip by email and phone and was never responded to. I am glad there were no major issues, because there was no way to get ahold of the property manager which would be my only hesitation with rebooking in the future.

Spacious and clean

The property was good for our family of 4 kids and 3 adults. The kitchen is nicely remodeled and the king beds were appreciated. The location is perfect for a tennis enthusiast with the court just out your balcony. However there is not a good view of the ocean and the Bay Area with boats is far off. The noise of air conditioning units and lack of shade make the only patio, on the court, unappealing to anyone wanting a good water view on a balcony.

Great location, easy check in/out, very clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of towels and pillows. Convenient private parking. I’ve stayed many places and have never seen a kitchen so well appointed… stocked with anything you could possibly need! Would very comfortably accommodate 2 couples and 4 kids/singles. Very close walk to beach access. Views of the water from all windows and the balcony overlooks the harbor. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

My family enjoyed the stay. The condo was big and spacious, a very safe and clean place to stay in! Everything looked exactly like the pictures, when you first walked in you could see how nice everything was. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub! It was very close to the beach which was great. Overall we enjoyed everything!!

Housekeeping needs work

When bedding/pillows and sheets have stains and tears, it's time for replacements. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels in closets. Sofa and chair cushions need dry-cleaning and/or replacements. Dining chairs need pads on the feet to reduce the noise on the tiled flooring. They were heavy and make a loud sound as they are scraping the floor. Cushions for the dining chairs would soften the seating. The place needs airing out prior to guests check in. Check in wasn't as it should have been. We didn't receive the condo door code until the day after we checked in. Thankfully, the maintenance man was on duty and used his code to enter in the first night.

Relaxing stay

We will stay here again, it was easy to check in, and was fairly clean! I did go in and straighten out the cabinets because everything was just thrown in the cabinets and drawers and the dishwasher was stopped and emptied before it was finished washing! But other then that, the beds were comfortable and the location was great! We watched the Thursday night fireworks from the pool, which were really nice! We were able to park our boat right across the street from the condo! The only other problem was we didn’t want to leave! Thank you for letting us stay in your home, we had a great time and hope to be able to come back next year!
