This is a Timeshare/Hotel the Imperial Hawaiian Resort. We currently own 2 one Bedroom two bathrooms with Full Kitchen that sleeps up to 6 weeks , We also own 12 Studio, mini kitchen one bedroom week that will sleep 4. We are currently staying in Hawaii 8 weeks every year and renting out 6 weeks. My wife and l both retired at the end of 2016 after both working in retail grocery for 38 and 48 years. We spend 4 to 6 months traveling enjoying timeshares and cruising.
Why they chose this property
This is one of the best timeshare/ hotel locations in all of Waikiki beach. The Imperial Hawaii is located right in the center of Waikiki beach. You can easily walk to hundreds of local restaurant and shops. Most bus stops are a easy 5 to 10 minute walk from the Imperial.
What makes this property unique
One of the best features of renting a week from a owner at the Imperial is that you will have access to the Owners Penthouse Lounge on the 26th floor. The Lounge has a Full Kitchen, Dinning Tables/Chairs, Sofas, Pool Table, Big Screen TV, 2 Bathrooms and Panoramic views of Waikiki Beach.
