Easy check in, great communication with host. Very clean, maids every other day. Wonderful amenities, big pool with swim up bar and delicious food to order right by the beach. Great area central to everything. Couldn't have been happier.

We enjoyed our stay at Gran Pacifico immensley, so much that we booked our stay for next winter. The pool was amazing and heated, which was a pleasure every day. All staff we very friendly. Ricardo went beyond our expectations when we had any requests. He handled himself in a very professional manner and it was a pleasure meeting him. Thank you Ricardo. A big thank you to Karina and Hiram who work at the front desk. They went out of their way to please us. Thanks again to all of them and all of the cleaning staff who kept the place spotless. Great Vacation Spot, 12 Jan. To Mar. 15, 2024

We enjoyed our nine week stay at this condo. The unit is well equipped & comfortable. It is also in a fantastic area close to shopping & great restaurants, all within walking distance. The view of the beautiful pool & ocean is also enjoyable. The facility & staff are exceptional. We never had problems getting tables or loungers around the pool. The facility was spotless, the staff were always cleaning. The staff were also very friendly & accommodating. Our host Ricardo was very friendly & responded quickly to any questions we had of the area & condo. The four of us that stayed at this condo had a great vacation. Thank you Ricard for for a wonderful experience!

City/Spa resort

A wonderful resort in downtown Manzanillo. Close to all types of shopping with grocery needs 1/2 a block away. Transportation virtually at the front enterance. Staff treated us like family. Security unparalleled. Spanish families came to enjoy weekends and holidays in their condos creating a wonderful atmosphere at times when they showed up. Richardo’s condo is modestly decorated in hand made art and is very comfortable. We did not have to use the air conditioner during our seven week stay. Our bed was wonderful and we found couches and chairs in living room fine It is an older Mexican resort so don’t expect perfect. It was a wonderful 7 weeks that we were there. We r not young people anymore. In fact, we are on the back nine and can see the club house, so to speak. We met many other wonderful guests and have made new, lifelong friendships

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the surroundings

We thoroughly enjoyed our six nights at this condo. The unit overlooks the pool and the sea and has a nice veranda complete with table and chairs. There are lots of loungers and tables with chairs around the pool to use. The condo has a spacious living room and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped. It is nice to have an ensuite bathroom on the main floor. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One a master suite overlooking the pool. The second room has a double bed and a set of bunk beds. There is a full bathroom in each the bedrooms. The beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet. It condo is close to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. The reason we are giving you only a four on accuracy of listing online is that the unit is not wheel chair accessible. We believe this to be a translation error. There is a step up to get into the door and down into the living room and both the bed rooms are on the second floor, up a narrow staircase. For us it was not a problem, but if we were wheelchair dependent, it would not be suitable. We would recommend this condo for an enjoyable holiday. Thank you Ricardo and your family for sharing with us.
