Beautiful private room carved out of our shop/ office. Private entrance and deck. In the middle of nowhere but close to so much. Sit on the deck and enjoy nature in a gorgeous hill country setting. Enjoy fresh rain water right out of the tap and enjoy the difference it makes in the shower!
9 acres of grounds with roses, flowering bushes, seasonal creek, and two fire pits with additional seating by the creek.

Located in the heart of the new wine country between Wimberley, Blanco, and Dripping Springs (the wedding venue capital of Texas)

Relaxing

The property is located in a rural area. It's centrally located to Blanco, Wimberley and Dripping Springs. The property has its own private entrance with covered parking located just by the front door. It is a comfortable room. The bed is comfortable. The back patio has a nice view of the back yard which is filled with deer, possums and various other animals and birds. It was a pleasant stay and I do recommend it. Will visit again

Hill Country Hideout

The property is remote, quiet, and charming. There are hiking trails on the property and the fire pits are wonderful. The back deck is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the serene view. I would stay again.

Enjoyable Even in the Rain

There's also a gorgeous floofy cat who clearly owns the place and comes around to collect pets from visiting admirers in the evenings. Icing on the cake! <3 <3 <3

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I booked a last minute weekend getaway here and it was perfect. The location is convenient to so many places. We visited Greune, New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, Fredericksburg, and Johnson City during our stay and none were more than 45 mins away (that's just "up the road" in Texas 😉). The property is gorgeous and though we were not far from several places we wanted to visit, we felt wonderfully isolated from hustle and bustle in our getaway. Plenty of space inside, a great deck outside overlooking the gorgeous property where we spent lots of time in the morning drinking coffee and in the evening with a fire in the chiminea. Multiple firepits on the grounds were a very nice touch. The creek is dried up this time of year, which meant we got to go exploring/hiking down the creekbed. Saw lots of wildlife and some domestic (deer, chickens, turkey vultures, Miss Kitty 😉). Andy was awesome as a host. We had everything we needed and he was quick to answer messages when we had questions. We visit this area often and this is now our favorite place to stay. We will definitely be back again.

Great find near Blanco

Neat place to stay near Blanco. Nice patio area and wonderful hang out spots all around the property. Really look forward to coming back. You cannot go wrong with this gem of a place in the heart of the hill country

Quiet and clean

Plenty of space; lovely thick, fluffy towels; comfortable bed. Out away from any town - if you like remote, you will love this place.
